Super nice room, new hotel, swimming pool is invincible, opposite is Macau Tower. The front desk handles small money, the speed is super fast, and the deposit can be refunded directly on the same day of check-out. Very efficient. The little yellow duck I booked this time, the children are very happy and want to live in the tent. There are many small animals inside. The room design is very modern, with an alarm clock and a makeup mirror, and the details are in place. The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

The newly renovated hotel, the boss is attentive, the staff is kind, and sent us a lot of toys. The child is happy. The only downside is that the room is too small, and later the staff helped us put the two beds together. Behind the hotel is the Hongjing Garden Community. In the morning, you can go to the community to take a walk. The air is fresh and there are many types of birds. There is a very large tree, which is very beautiful. You can see Macau through the back of the community. Just across a river, you can see Sofitel Macau. Zhuhai is really casual and not expensive.

The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and caring, helping to adjust the most suitable room type. The check-in experience was great. Before leaving, I was worried that the water we brought was not enough to drink, but also sent two extra bottles of water. It was too caring! There are small streets around the hotel for food and drink, affordable and convenient. The nearby areas are very clean. You can see the Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macau, which is just one block away from the river. The scenery is beautiful and it is worth visiting! The front desk staff were warm and considerate. The room type I booked was not available at the time, so they upgraded me to a room type. There was freshly ground coffee for breakfast. I don’t know where it is next to the hotel. The rumbling cars were noisy all night, and the hotel toiletries were all there. Herborist brand, the housekeeper seems not to be responsible, the indoor hygiene is not good, garbage remains on the floor, the hand sanitizer bottle is empty, can't be squeezed out at all, and I don't know how to refill it. It seems that the overall management of the housekeeping department is very lacking. The air in the room is not good. The smell of old furniture is mixed with the smell of cigarette smoke and other strong smells caused by crowds of people. The small red dot on the ceiling flashed all night. I don’t know what kind of detection it is. The whole house is intelligently controlled. Xiaoyi’s voice is very diligent. The facilities are quite good, please manage them well.

The environment is quiet, the air-conditioning is so positive that I don't want to step out of the room. It's clean and close to Gongbei and Wanchai Seafood Street. I visited Macau for a day and then took a boat from the Inner Harbor Wharf and walked straight for five to six minutes. There are many food markets around it. It's very convenient The landlady and the staff are very nice. The landlady saw me and the three of us coming and helped me add an extra bed for free. The view in the room is very nice and beautiful. It’s super comfortable to have a late night snack while looking at the sea view.

Let me talk about the hotel first, the price is very high, this price is in this location, the bed and room are very clean, the room is soundproofed, very quiet. The traffic is very convenient, we are driving by car, there is a parking space at the door. When I checked in, I learned from the front desk that I could go to the nearby Wan Chai Seafood Market to buy my favorite seafood and then take it to the restaurant to process it. I strongly requested the boss to add chicken legs to the front desk. At this very welcoming Atour Hotel in Zhuhai, the whole check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. There is a free parking lot outside the hotel. Secondly, the layout of the lobby that comes into view is very high-end. Check-in was very quick, no need to wait. There is also warm black tea to drink, all facilities are complete, and the hygiene is even more meticulous. The lady at the front desk, Maomao, also answered all questions. I came to the Convention and Exhibition Center for a meeting, but the hotel there was fully booked, so I decided to book this hotel as a last resort. It's not too far or too close to the Convention and Exhibition Center. It takes about 20 minutes to walk there. There are not many kinds of breakfast. There is also a Mongolian restaurant downstairs. About 1 km east there is a souvenir mall and many seafood shops. Walk west to a shopping mall near the Convention and Exhibition Center. Macau can be seen from the hotel window, and the photo is a window view. The surrounding environment is acceptable. Room facilities are a bit old. The only dissatisfaction is that there is a garbage disposal site next to the hotel, and I never dared to open the window when I stayed. There is also a fly in the ointment. Because the hotel is close to the roadside, the hotel is equipped with single-sided viewing glass. Although it increases privacy, it greatly affects the lighting in the room and makes the room feel very dark during the day. The lights are not very bright either, which may be a common problem in hotels.
