I had an incredible stay at Angsana Phoenix Bay Zhuhai! The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, making it feel so special. The staff were fantastic, especially Hedi, who was exceptionally attentive and kind. I loved the photoshoot gift, and the buffet had a great variety. The spa experience, with a generous discount voucher, was amazing and truly relaxing. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

Thank you so much for free upgrade our family to 3 bedrooms suite, the experience stay in this new opening hotel is excellent, hygiene is perfect, we specially like the art craft classes for making different Chinese art, and also appreciate the body message was nice, professional, and very relaxing. After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman. It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.

We are served by Ms Saifeng Si. She is very helpful and thoughtful through out the check in and check process. She ensure all details are settled and even kids are taken care of. She provide us an excellent and wonderful service. She is a great staff that L Hotel has . The hotel is very clean and convenient . The room are well kept and clean . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.

It's my first time to stay at Marriott Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection, and the service is very good. Because I checked in late at night and haven't eaten yet, I called to ask about the delicious midnight snack. The staff Clean patiently recommended the local specialties, which were very delicious. The room is also clean, spotless, comfortable to live in, and the breakfast is nice. It is the first choice and satisfactory to stay.

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

we stayed there for the theme park and it was a great hotel - reception and concierge were really helpful and cheerful. breakfast was average, good value for money. all in all i would recommend this hotel.
