房間面積虛假，平台上登記的五十多平方是包含了複式樓面積，上面一層根本用不上，整個空的，衞生間小，且沒做乾濕分離。這個價格高了，感覺就是八九十元賓館的設施。

比較公正的説，房間還可以，其他的不滿逐一評論
一、衞生不是很滿意，電腦桌面臟亂差，鍵盤鼠標粘乎乎的，鼠標墊上煙灰一層
二、服務態度不是很好，房間裏沒抽紙，打電台電話讓自取，沒表明是自助酒店啊。
三、電腦配置倒是還可以，但是pubg賬號一登陸就給我封禁了，每一次登steam還得更新，後台不自檢嗎？要不就去買個玄武裝上吧。幸虧不是給我永久封禁。小度沒網絡連接，空調遙控器不給電池，酒店説明裡麪沒説供暖期間不讓開空調啊。那麼高的挑高，那麼高的樓層，雨夾雪那麼冷的天，靠兩個暖氣片能暖和了嗎？真是開開心心出來過生日，喪喪氣氣回家去。很不好的體驗。

性價比很高便宜不貴！門口停車位置也很多！算是公寓式酒店吧 住的話還可以 衞生間比較小點 樓上隔音不怎麼太好。

本來以為55㎡兩個人住應該夠大了，可是入住才發現衞生間有點小，熱水器的容量是40L，一次衹能一個人洗澡

兩點多入住，一打開門嚇了一跳以為走錯，這房間了沒有打掃收拾就給房卡，晚上在二樓聊天，牆上的框架開了。

這幾天很熱，房間是loft形式，窗户很大，陽光照射格外多，温度格外高，光着大半身子都很合適。不建議夏天入住，雖然有掛式空調。
