酒店一般，也不看床單破破爛，就這樣換上，睡覺也不太舒服，還沒有到時間就開始打電話，吵着睡不好，酒店還有兩元買個刮鬍子🪒的刮鬍刀。真的是夠了

一進門放包的時候就看見桌子上有上一波客人呢長頭髮…一拉被子，被子上有中性筆畫的印子…準備洗漱的時候一看漱口杯…天…還有以前的客人刷完牙留下的牙膏沫子…環境這麼好的酒店，衞生真的不應該是這樣的…

非常滿意，性價比特別高的一家酒店，裝修配置都很好，服務態度也很好，停車方便，離市區距離也很近。周圍有一個廣場。離大地灣遺址也很近

當地（莊浪）縣裡最好的一家酒店（相比，價格還很便宜）。正好要看看最大規模的人工梯田，休息一晚。衹是車衹能放到大門口自己挪開車位擋牌，需要留神磕碰。
晚上，梯田廣場上跳舞音樂四起，絕不停歇，生活樂趣。
前台幾位小同事主動問候，介紹推薦店內餐廳。
酒店，衞生和結構總體上也還不錯。
早餐很一般，品種不多，距離4星還有較大距離。早餐也夠吃飽，乾淨衞生是沒問題。

衞生一般，沒打掃乾淨，衞生間和客廳 馬桶都有頭髮，毛巾有些潮，不像新換的，床單被罩應該是換過的，但是上面有明顯污漬，沒洗乾淨

按理説這個酒店的從外觀到位置應該回事很高的評分，住進來發現為什麼評分低了。第一，一進去發現沒有抽紙盒就給前台打電話説是可能忘記放了，一會客房來了説是有接待拿走了，衹給了些抽紙，這些物品不是一屋一物嗎？第二，四個枕頭其中三個都是有臟印子還有破洞，也不是沒換就是沒洗乾淨或是洗不乾淨了，床單更是補過一片也有破洞。又打了前台，客房來了後説是最近入住人多了，我給你換吧，就現場換了三個其中一個還是有黑點，第三，去洗手間發現馬桶不下水，再次給前台打電話，客服來通了通説先用一會，發到他們羣裏了一會有人來修，結果我們等了一個多小時到晚上八點半了依舊沒人來。三次聯繫前台，來解決問題的就是一個客服阿姨，沒有其他人來，也沒有説是給換房，一個酒店居然可憐到要用破的床單和洗不乾淨的床上用品，我也是第一次碰到。。。

體驗感十分差，花灑都是壞的，訂的雙床房，帶的有孩子給前台説要一雙一次性拖鞋都不給，從來沒見過這麼苛刻的酒店
