They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

The hotel can provide travel photography packages in the later stage to prevent outsiders from entering and limit the use of hotel guests. The hotel's guest rooms are also very comfortable. The design, materials, and moving lines are still learning from luxury brands. The hotel has a small door directly connected to Starbucks. The Buddhist temple provides sutra copying all day, and the offerings in front of the Buddha after copying are also very artistic. I hope the price of this treasure hotel will not rise too fast.

I just stayed at this hotel, and while everything was good and the place was clean, it felt a bit dated with the old furniture, and the rooms were pretty small—even the family room. The prices were on the higher side compared to other hotels out there, probably because it’s on the island. We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.
