衞生很差，被套上還有粉底，這麼臟的椅墊扔一邊了。淋浴間的洗漱用品上還有別人的長頭髮。wifi連不上，前台派人來聯上了隔壁房間的WIFI，但是還是用不了。

酒店地理位置很好，和碼頭就隔着一座橋的距離。前台服務很到位，店內環境乾淨，冰箱洗衣機等設施都十分齊全，樓下對面就是吃飯的地方很方便，來普陀多次都選擇住在這裏，對比下來還是這裏性價比更優。

在攜程上看了好多家酒店最後選中了這家雲端酒店位置很好找地下停車場也很方便上樓就是酒店前台服務👌:前台小哥哥的服務很好也很耐心解答我的問題會先確定我的到店時間還幫我升級了房型環境🍃：邊上就是商場逛街買吃的都很方便樓下還有羅森窗外風景很好坐在他們這個懶人沙發上看着外面真的很有度假的感覺坐着慢慢充電🔋 衞生🌟：房間很大有冰箱洗衣機衞生也都很乾凈推薦：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

拿了兩間房，連住了兩晚，小盆友住的榻榻米，酒店為了讓我們陪着孩子，升級了海景房。雖然前面一棟樓有點擋住，但是視線很好，面對普陀山。前台工作人員很好！很負責。
