GreenTree Inn Smart Selection (Zhoushan Dinghai East Gate)

It was an experience I regretted very much. Although the hotel was built only a few days ago, the facilities are outdated and the service level is terrible. I asked the cleaning staff twice, but no one came until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and the garbage was piled up like a mountain. The daily toiletries were never fully replenished and I had to call to get them. One time I even ran out of shower gel halfway through my shower. Not even a drop of it. There is no paper in the early morning, and you have to go downstairs to get it yourself because there is only one person on duty at the front desk and it will be delivered after 8 o'clock. So do I have to wipe myself after using the toilet? Asking for tissues at night is like asking for gold foil, counting the amount and asking for a few extra rolls, saying that they are considering other guests. Then why don't you ask the daytime waiter to put more? It's ridiculous. We use tissues casually at home, so do we have to be frugal in the hotel? Do you suspect that I bring loose tissues home? Is it really that serious? The security measures are also questionable. The night shift receptionist and the cleaning lady kept changing people. Suddenly, there were multiple cards in the room. They were cards from the next room. I don't know how they got to my room. The front desk didn't even ask the cleaning lady if she had lost any cards. They didn't check and just said it was the cleaning lady's. In the end, they didn't figure out how many cards they had and how many people could get the cards. I had no idea and was a little scared.

9.17 When I checked in in the afternoon, the lady at the front desk had a very good service attitude. She gave me a nice room and an extra breakfast coupon. 9.19 The front desk service was terrible. I had booked a room on Ctrip until 14:00, but they urged me to check out before 12:00.
