It was an experience I regretted very much. Although the hotel was built only a few days ago, the facilities are outdated and the service level is terrible. Is it really that serious? The security measures are also questionable. The night shift receptionist and the cleaning lady kept changing people. Suddenly, there were multiple cards in the room. They were cards from the next room. I don't know how they got to my room. The front desk didn't even ask the cleaning lady if she had lost any cards. They didn't check and just said it was the cleaning lady's. In the end, they didn't figure out how many cards they had and how many people could get the cards. I had no idea and was a little scared.

1.衞生問題：圖1圖2是我剛入住酒店時拍的，即能看出，衞生做得不夠到位，包括洗手間用的捲紙也是質量很差的。 2.安全問題：我定了三天兩晚的商務大床房，第一晚的房型不錯，空間也比較大。第二天白天出酒店遊玩，下午四點多我的男性朋友送我回酒店，在進電梯的時候，有兩位男性已經在電梯裏了，我住三樓，按電梯樓層的時候我就注意到了他們按了七樓。他們用外地話進行交流，我們也聽不懂他們對話的內容。三樓到了，他們竟然跟着我們一起出了電梯，我們走了幾步，但沒有走到所住的房間，看他們跟着，這才警覺起來，放慢了腳步，停在了三樓住宿的入口處。（該層電梯與入口處有差不多三四米的距離）然後那兩位男性一直在徘徊，（有一位已經走進入口處了，並且在樓道里徘徊）正常如果是因為在談話而忽視了電梯運行，知道走錯了樓層應該立馬返回電梯才是，或者如果也是住在三樓，應該直接刷卡進房間，而不是看我們停住不走，他們也在徘徊。總之，非常奇怪。本身我也是自己在酒店過夜，作為女性，多少有點擔心。我們也不想與之起沖突，我的男性朋友就找了個藉口，把我帶離了三樓，去到了一樓酒店前台。 3.服務問題：到了前台，我和前台小妹溝通時，小妹卻是一種似笑非笑，覺得我多疑多慮的態度。我想不到為什麼同樣是女性，對於女性獨自住酒店遇到不安全的事情不能共情。但她還是聯繫了另外兩個工作人員來解決這個事情（這兩個工作人員就相對比較有工作經驗），給我換了一間8樓的房，説是一樣的房型，但會比我在3樓的房小一點，我當時覺得安全最重要，也不想計較太多。但在處理過程中，我並沒有感受到酒店工作人員對於客人遇到不安全事情時很強烈的關心與幫助。到了8樓房間後，發現比3樓的房間小很多，但我付的錢是一樣的，我當時就覺得小點也沒關係，衹要安全就行。結果看了看智能門鎖上面的這個鎖，發現這個鎖幾乎就是個擺設，因為如果門從外面開進來，右邊的圓珠根本不會進入左邊的環形軌道里，衹會直接頂開（我們實際檢驗過），門就被打開了。但我的男性朋友有事必須要離開，我自己孤身一人，我也不敢再出酒店房門，所以衹能認栽。智能門鎖反鎖了，用了兩個衣架勾住，再搬了把椅子抵住門。 4.隔音問題：酒店的隔音並不好，第一晚住的時候隔壁有嬰兒的哭聲，寶爸媽一直在哄嬰兒的聲音也聽得一清二楚。 格林豪泰，二星酒店，總覺得不該讓人印象這麼不好。説了這麼多，真的希望酒店能對服務、安全和衞生問題更加重視。細節決定成敗，一家酒店想要長久地經營下去，一定是各方面都做得越來越好才行。

房間乾淨整潔，非常不錯
