The hotel does offer a sea view as advertised, but it is more of a port view rather than a scenic ocean view. The rooms are not clean enough, we noticed that the air vents were extremely dusty. When we turned on the air conditioning, there was a noticeable dusty odor, making it difficult to breathe, which forced us to turn it off despite the cold weather.
Additionally, the towels provided were not up to standard—some were visibly aged, worn out, and even torn. This significantly impacted the overall comfort of our stay. Improving towel quality and ensuring better air vent maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Good hotel, clean, professional staff, except the elevators, everything in hallways and rooms are updated and clean. Beautiful views of ocean, city, and mountains, bright rooms, and great price for what you get.

乾淨、明亮，坐在陽台上既能看海景，也能看山景。出門打車和坐公交車都方便，離凱虹廣場衹有一公里多，凱紅廣場有很多美食。打車10多分鐘就能到蜈蚣峙碼頭。
