房間20幾平米，主打雙人標間，那地方床都比較小，還算可以吧。價格是比較高的。
酒店有接送船服務，小哥服務態度還算好，就是第二天續費溝通原房續住，前台個女的第一天是主動辦的升級房型，第二天態度轉變很大，非要求去前台付費，不然就説要換房間。
後來前台小哥大概換班了，也沒有找我們換房。

連着4年住這家了，酒店很滿意，出門也很方便，離普濟寺走路5分鐘，吃飯就門口，這次唯一不滿意的是實在太吵了，團隊3點去上早課大概，實在太吵了，好不容易睡著了，早上6點早課結束回來又被吵醒，連着2晚沒睡好，早上頭疼，還去了次對面的醫院😂

西靜居和童悦閣非常適合帶娃家庭，就算是二胎家庭，也是住的下的。兩年前住過二樓西靜居，這次酒店幫我們升級到二樓的童悦閣，真是非常的感謝。樓下就有餐廳，衹可惜今年人太多了，排隊排不上。酒店附近餐廳，便利店，葯店都有，非常方便。
謝謝石師傅和陳師傅的熱情服務，幫忙上上下下拿行李，幫忙給孩子倒熱水。繁忙的五一，酒店裡的人員不急不躁，態度和善。
一個小小的建議：建議換個更能遮光的窗簾。

整潔乾淨 ，這次來了媽媽一起來，前台姐姐非常友好給升級了大床雙人間🌸🌸🌸幫忙拎包的服務生大叔也很好主動熱情，酒店還送了經書和包包，這次旅行非常非常開心。普陀山果然是靈性的寶地，感謝菩薩庇佑！逢凶化吉 順順利利！阿彌陀佛！

第一次想認真的評價一下這家酒店，從開始房間户型入住出錯滿意的處理方式，到第二天因大霧封鎖然後及時通知順利離島，酒店負責、熱情的服務讓我這次普陀之旅圓滿結束。地理位置優越，離普濟寺非常近，還有房間裏心經可以抄寫！

房間環境個人還是很滿意的，就是有點貴
服務也不錯，碼頭接送
拜佛、觀景轉悠了一天，下午6:00又走到碼頭，2萬多步，實在走不動了，因普陀山公交17點停運，試着給酒店打電話是否能安排車來接，結果真的可以接我回酒店，酒店服務還不錯吧
