位置很好找，門口就有公交站，背後就是烏石塘景區，老闆很熱情，貼心的告訴我們晚上六點烏石塘不要門票可以去散步，知道我們第二天去普陀山還幫我們換零錢，提供路線，提供水，真的很熱情，幫了不少忙，我們帶着孩子還告訴我們哪裡吃飯方便，老闆把視野最好的三樓帶飄窗的房間給我們，客房就是很樸素的那種，又續住了一天，一共兩棟樓，其中一棟在翻修，期待下次入住，祝生意興隆！

説良心話，從來沒住過這麼差的房間。
晚上到民宿，進房間後發現洗手間的燈是壞的，老闆説沒有多餘房間了，衹能給了2盞露營燈將就一下。我們着急出去吃夜宵，也沒看其他設施就走了。半夜1點多回到房間休息，問題全都出來了

馬桶圈是掉下來的
一次性的拖鞋是別人穿剩下的，有一雙已經發黃髮黑
枕頭套裏的枕頭露出的部分，發黃發黑
原本想着半夜了，熬一下算了，也不洗漱了。可是越想越氣，越看房間越覺得待不下去。掙扎了幾分鐘後，我在攜程上另外找了一家附近的民宿，下單後直接轉場。我情願拿不回這一晚的房費，也不想在這個房間裏多待一分鐘。到了新訂的民宿，感覺就是一個天一個地。
雖然第二天老闆道了歉，並免費送我們去了碼頭，可是我實際是損失了一晚的房費。

離朱家尖碼車車程10分鐘左右，距離烏石灘和觀音法界步行均可到達，性價比高，老闆服務熱情，忙中偷閑中還派人來接了我們，可能是淡季，老闆還沒開通用餐服務，附近就一兩個餐廳，值得推薦
