別墅環境不錯，衞生條件也很好，挑不出毛病，三個房間都有窗子也有衞生間這個很滿意，能打麻將還能做飯，帶小孩子出去吃不方便就自己買了些海鮮煮煮方便極了，最重要的不是合租沒有其他人同住，小孩子隨便樓上樓下怎麼跑很安全，住了三晚謝謝老闆娘的照顧祝生意興隆！

房子不錯，房間多適合七八個人居住，本地的朋友推薦的這裏，帶家人過來玩環境確實不錯，能停車有保安，綠植比較多，房子也很規整四間房都很乾凈，周邊吃飯的排擋很近，走走就到了，如果廚藝好房子裏也有廚房可以做，去普陀山和海灘非常方便，下次還住這裏可以推薦給朋友

我們一行13人選了這套七室的別墅正好睡下，下次再多幾個人也沒問題，房間都很乾凈，驅蚊燈也都有，還可以別墅裏訂餐老闆娘會給做好，味道比外面飯店好吃，價格實惠做了好多菜，服務很到位，客廳有茶台提供茶葉可以喝茶聊天，晚上打個麻將也很開心，來舟山拜佛朱家尖是必經之路，去了觀音聖壇太壯觀了真的不虛此行，各方面都不錯，點贊

還不錯，老闆提供到碼頭的接送服務非常方便！！！美中不足就是枕頭有點高，我睡覺枕不了高枕頭。另外，停車一定要提前和老闆説，我這次沒説導致停車有點麻煩，但是也解決了。

很一般的一次體驗。#衞生房間在陰面一層，浴室窗户可以看圖，沒敢用，全程用自己的一次性用品，睡了一覺就走了#服務不接站！不接站！給老闆打電話説旅遊季節從來不接，不接就不要寫，寫上又不接純粹為了找麻煩嗎？#位置交通在朱家尖城區，附近有超市海鮮排擋，去南沙東沙景區需要坐公交#房間景觀陰面，兩個門，照片拍的是外面看裏面的感覺
