My friend and I stayed here for one night. We left something behind and wanted to ask for help. The hotel staff had a bad attitude and were uncooperative. In the end, we were unable to find it.

The location is very good. But there is no drinking water. There was a spider under the shower towel.

It is in line with the public taste and has a good experience. Breakfast is porridge, pickles, soy milk, milk, but no coffee. The cake is the old-fashioned one with no other varieties. But it is better than no breakfast! Overall, it is still good, but it is definitely not suitable for those with high requirements.

The facade looks good, so I booked here considering the breakfast. But for the first time, I heard that children also need to pay for breakfast, especially those under 1.1 meters tall~😅Fortunately, it’s only 10 yuan per person. The water in the shower room didn't work. After informing the front desk, the reply said that the water was slow to begin with~Okay... However, the floor drain really didn't work at all. In the end, I had to unblock the floor drain myself😥The room was large, but it was strange that there was no toilet paper~It was also not free. Mine... does not match the appearance and price. Then, the hygiene is relatively average, and there is still water in the kettle. The linen is relatively clean, but the mouthwash cups and teacups are not so clean... Several sockets are not powered. The bathroom lighting is very dim. Except for a few issues, it's generally pretty good. The price on weekends is a bit uneconomical, but it should be fine on weekdays. Breakfast is filling.

Maybe it's because it's in the old town, and the facilities in the houses don't give people a very refreshing feeling. They can only be lived in. There are almost no parking spaces. In the end, they park on the side of the road. For breakfast, you can only have one egg per person, and the rest is small steamed buns and so on. The breakfast provided is very simple. The security uncle stood at the door and watched us eat breakfast. It felt like a thief guard. I hope it can be improved. We go to Putuo Mountain once every year. We hope that if we stay here next year, we can make some changes. When we went back, the cleaning staff saw that the pillows were randomly thrown on the bed for us, the quilts were simply folded, and there were not even tea bags in the room!

The hotel environment is so bad, there is not even a bottle of mineral water; there are mold spots in the room, and the mold smell is very strong! Breakfast provided: The pickled cucumbers are spoiled, and it’s hard to eat them in your mouth! It didn't make me sick to death!
