我們早上十點不到就到達了，家人去普陀山祈福了，我因為腳受傷留在酒店，前台小姐姐很貼心的安排了提前入住，我坐着輪椅，鑫鑫幫我推到了房間，一再關心我讓我有問題第一時間聯繫他們，真的很感謝鑫鑫，還有人美心善的小黃

設施：所有開關、窗簾等都是智能化的
親子房是一張1.8m的大床+1.3m的沙發床
環境：房間好像是在北面？看不到大海，下次來要 住個海景房
自助早餐蠻豐盛的，特別是那個麪，加了鹵料特別好吃，荷包蛋有全熟和溏心的
PS：1.晚上燈全部關掉後沙發床床頭的正上方有個紅光，有點刺眼，問了客服説是消防感應燈，希望後續可以改進 2.因為沒有門隔開房間和衞生間，晚上起夜馬桶抽水聲和洗手枱水龍頭聲音有點大，把家人吵醒了😅

房間舒適乾淨，前台免費升級了房型，前台接待服務不錯，我們出發去普陀山挺早的，用不了早餐，主動告知我們前台有早餐包可以領取，告訴我們船班時間，退房的時候還贈送了小禮品，非常感謝前台在入住期間提供的服務，小姐姐們都很好的，下次來普陀山還住這家酒店。
