Had a lovely big room with an incredible beach view. Had such a relaxing time away. The staff were very helpful and the location is amazing.

Well located close to the (paying) beach.
The hotel requires a renovation in the public area and bathrooms (black traces of dampness on the walls, furniture broken, the carpet in public are was also peeling off, which you would not expect to see in a 4 stars hotel. The bedroom itself was renovated and the room itself is pretty big, though.
Cleaning is also to be improved, we had a lot of sand left in the shower from the previous customers.
There is no international breakfast, but the hotel is located close to the Westin (5mn walk) so you can go there.
There is a parking below.
Service is minimum, only one person at the reception desk, and no English-speaking staff.

出差多年，從沒住過如此之差的酒店。説是24年新裝修，衞生巾鏡子是破舊的，而且上面全是浮灰；陽台牆皮是脱落的，晾衣架是生銹的，沙發是發黴的；房間刺鼻的黴味，床上還有血跡污漬；要不是不能退款，真的是一秒都不想多待。更讓人無語的是，小孩子從衞生間出來問我們，什麼是“好男不**！在外不**”😡😡😡
一次讓人失望且無語的住宿經歷，打破了對舟山所有美好的回憶，以後是不會再去舟山了😤😤😤

度假村公共區域比較老舊，潮濕感很重，牆面都有黴斑。酒店應該是更換過品牌，房間裏還有原來的標識。房間衞生不過關，所有有門的櫃子裏面都是陳年污漬，遙控器等桌面配置也都有明顯灰塵。床品多處都有破損，皮膚出現蟎蟲過敏反應。唯一優勢是下樓五分鐘就能進入東沙海灘

硬件設施和位置很不錯，就在威斯汀隔壁
房間很大，很適合帶娃出行！！房間很新很滿意
不足：房間裏面沒有浴袍，衞生間氣味很大，晚上睡覺很影響～
前台比較簡易，服務一般
去沙灘要另外購買門票
小童樂園也沒有投入使用

老店新開！不是新的酒店！非常破舊！所謂的智能衹有小度，衞生情況非常差！
從地下停車場上樓辦入住就開始不適，電梯口非常潮濕和昏暗，酒店在地上鋪了幾塊毛巾也不更換，毛巾都濕透了散發著一股異味。沒有酒店大堂，甚至還不如我前一晚住的公寓，就三樓放了兩張簡易桌子辦理入住，辦理入住時工作人員告知東沙門票可以報銷，衹需提供平台訂票的界面。
辦理完入住，一路拉着行李，走廊地毯十分破舊，行李箱也不是很好拉，好不容易到了房間門口，刷了門卡開不動門（因為門太破了，卡住了），所謂的山景房也離山特別遠。酒店衞生可以説是一塌糊塗，進了房間一股子異味，看到陽台特別大，特別開心的跑到陽台看風景，還沒到陽台就看到特別臟的茶几、椅子和地（不想打掃可以不放桌椅的），長者想晾曬衣服，看到了角落的晾衣架，又着實被噁心了一下，這個價格住到這種房間，真的是跟吃了蒼蠅一般，躺進被窩，一股子潮氣，就當是在海邊濕氣重吧（前一晚住的別的酒店的海景房，都沒這家山景房的潮氣重）。
我從來不在任何平台發表評論，特別是差評，但商家騷操作使得我來點評一下，第二天退房將東沙門票截圖給商家，詢問是否可報銷，商家回覆需要好評才能報銷，what？我辦理入住的時候可沒提什麼好評，我反問商家如此衞生情況是如何有臉面要好評的呢，客人不來投訴你都感恩戴德了吧，商家立馬換嘴臉説給我返現，哈哈？笑了笑了，帶長者小孩來玩的，慎重考慮吧，好評估計都是商家幾百幾百返出來的
