性價比極高 非常適合長住一星期 這裏一天 200 上下，長住還會更優惠，海景房 東沙海景房淡季也要 500 多，也不是天天能看藍海。 這裏離各個朱家尖的景區都不遠，開車 10 多分鐘的路程。 離朱家尖城區開車也就 10 多分鐘，晚上去吃海鮮夜宵很方便。 電視有 b 站 會員，目測 70 寸的電視， 晚上電影效果很好。 陽台，一擺，躺在椅子上辦公學習看書休息都很舒服。 有摺疊晾衣架，這個細節也很好。 這會兒陽光下波光粼粼 漁船 飛機 海島 滿分。 下次還來。 服務也很好，溝通順暢。

房間整體還算不錯，就是一個大公寓樓性質的！房間衞生打掃的還挺乾淨的，設施也都挺齊全！就是洗浴是熱水器，如果人多洗澡要間隔一會兒！

屬於公寓式酒店了，性價比較高。房間裝修風格和乾淨程度可。在保利度假村裡，這裏公寓酒店很多家。停車位比較緊張，但前台都會協助解決。樓下有個小的商業街，基本的餐食可以解決，酒店周邊海景很不錯，離周邊景點也近，比較適合自駕遊。
