自己品吧，不帶任何主觀情緒，直接客觀評價：
① 無辦理手續：去現場辦理入住，全程在一樓打麻將，等了好久，沒辦手續，直接被通知入住；
② 無安全防盜：房間沒門卡，沒鑰匙，直接進出，沒人管；
③ 環境喧囂：晚上一樓大廳，有人拿着話筒唱歌，鬧哄哄，好聽與否，自己品；
④ 衞生服務：三張單人床，房間設施擺放凌亂，無一次性牙刷牙膏礦泉水等標配；
⑤ 前台接待：一樓沒值班的，早上退房連個人都沒有，或許也不需要退房，畢竟沒辦入住，也沒要按金，直接推門走就行；

本評價沒有圖片，衹是一些旅遊和住宿的心得以及對老闆的一些建議。
鯉魚溪核心景區其實很小，早上7點前，晚上18點後不要門票。馬馬虎虎的逛一個小時能搞定，景色尚可，景區內沒有特別值得品嚐的美食，小紅書説的網紅扁肉拌麪實在一般，拌麪還沒我做的好吃，開在景區外我想應該會倒閉。鯉魚溪晚上20點的燈光秀還可以，但是如果看過大型音樂噴泉的就不要抱太大希望了，如果特地開幾個小時車去還是有點不值得。總體來説，周寧鯉魚溪還沒完全開發好，核心景區太小文章不好做，不適合特地花費幾個小時來一趟。但是順路的話，還是可以來看看。
再説説民宿，民宿離景區很近，不靠馬路一側開窗就是一派田園風光，倚窗發呆也很舒服。衞生狀況還可以，節假日能夠接受，老闆一家人態度都很好，主動介紹怎麼玩。吃飯不太方便（可以在民宿訂餐），打車不方便（國慶節用百度打車十分鐘沒人接單）。
給老闆的建議：1.牆上多有拍蚊子留下的痕跡，建議清理一下，有礙觀瞻了。2.熱水器淋浴噴頭那個插座建議用防水蓋蓋住，有安全隱患，也讓人沒有安全感。3.浴室窗户建議用類似捲簾窗簾遮住（隔一層玻璃就是走廊，經常有人路過，女生晚上洗澡影子太明顯）洗澡如廁很沒有安全感。
最後一個不滿意的是，住宿當天晚上十二點一點左右，有個不知是不是喝醉的人拉着門把手不停的搖門，長達半分鐘（不能確定，老闆可以查監控），讓人害怕😨。
趁着國慶節過路費免費來鯉魚溪遊玩，到此一遊，不遺憾也不推薦。
