挺滿意的。就是早上太吵了，不知道是在洗衣服還是什麼，大早上睡不踏實。注重睡眠的一定要選好房間。。。。

裝修風格很好看，環境還行。但是沒有一次性拖鞋，馬桶套，住的那個房間空調剛好壞了，不過前台的姐姐又拿了個被子。

首先店家給我提供的是一個麻將房裡麪一股煙油味，而且到處是燒焦的地板痕跡，而且不具有一次性拖鞋，雖然商家説了，可以特意為我搞一雙拖鞋出來，但是這種什麼事都要人操心一下的樣子特別煩，然後就是收拾房間，我一整個下午都不在房間，也沒人來打掃一下 我問為什麼 商家説 衹有客户説了才能去打掃，説白了就是推卸責任哈 懶哈 不説不幹。然後那兩天刮颱風， 那個窗户吱吱呀呀的響，那個空調外機轟隆隆的聲音 不用被子捂着耳朵真的睡不着啊，那個熱水器 放半天水一點熱水都沒有 真的很無語

前台小姐姐非常好，東西不小心落在他們那兒了，然後還幫忙快遞給寄回來。周邊有超市，晚上呢還有就是夜市，飯店周圍特別方便旁邊有學校和幼兒園，距離都比較近。

我對周口棲雲民宿的住宿經歷感到非常失望。這次旅行本應是一個愉快的假期，但酒店的服務質量卻讓我感到十分沮喪。
首先，我要談談酒店的服務態度。態度極為冷漠和不友好。他們沒有給予我任何熱情的歡迎，也沒有提供任何必要的訊息或幫助。我提出的問題被輕描淡寫地回答，完全沒有解決我的疑惑。這種服務態度讓我感到被忽視和不受重視，與我對酒店服務的期待相去甚遠。
其次，我對酒店房間的衞生狀況感到非常失望。房間裏到處都是灰塵，地毯上還有明顯的污漬，衞生間更是一塌糊塗。床單和毛巾也沒有得到妥善的清潔，讓我懷疑這間酒店的衞生標準和管理水平。作為客人，我希望能夠入住一個清潔舒適的環境，但這次的住宿經歷完全違背了我的期望。
最令我氣憤的是，酒店在我退房時惡意扣留了我的按金。他們以毫無根據的理由扣除了我的部分按金，而且完全沒有提供任何解釋或證據來支持他們的行為。這種惡意的行為讓我感到非常憤怒和失望，也讓我對該酒店的管理水平產生了嚴重的質疑。
總的來説，周口棲雲酒店的服務質量和管理水平令人無法接受。惡劣的服務態度，糟糕的衞生狀況以及惡意扣留按金的行為讓我對該酒店的整體印象極為負面。我強烈建議該酒店認真反思並採取有效措施改進他們的服務和管理水平，以提供更好的客户體驗。
