前台小姐姐非常好，東西不小心落在他們那兒了，然後還幫忙快遞給寄回來。周邊有超市，晚上呢還有就是夜市，飯店周圍特別方便旁邊有學校和幼兒園，距離都比較近。

周口棲雲民宿酒店——極度失望的住宿體驗
我對周口棲雲民宿的住宿經歷感到非常失望。這次旅行本應是一個愉快的假期，但酒店的服務質量卻讓我感到十分沮喪。
首先，我要談談酒店的服務態度。態度極為冷漠和不友好。他們沒有給予我任何熱情的歡迎，也沒有提供任何必要的訊息或幫助。我提出的問題被輕描淡寫地回答，完全沒有解決我的疑惑。這種服務態度讓我感到被忽視和不受重視，與我對酒店服務的期待相去甚遠。
其次，我對酒店房間的衞生狀況感到非常失望。房間裏到處都是灰塵，地毯上還有明顯的污漬，衞生間更是一塌糊塗。床單和毛巾也沒有得到妥善的清潔，讓我懷疑這間酒店的衞生標準和管理水平。作為客人，我希望能夠入住一個清潔舒適的環境，但這次的住宿經歷完全違背了我的期望。
最令我氣憤的是，酒店在我退房時惡意扣留了我的按金。他們以毫無根據的理由扣除了我的部分按金，而且完全沒有提供任何解釋或證據來支持他們的行為。這種惡意的行為讓我感到非常憤怒和失望，也讓我對該酒店的管理水平產生了嚴重的質疑。
總的來説，周口棲雲酒店的服務質量和管理水平令人無法接受。惡劣的服務態度，糟糕的衞生狀況以及惡意扣留按金的行為讓我對該酒店的整體印象極為負面。我強烈建議該酒店認真反思並採取有效措施改進他們的服務和管理水平，以提供更好的客户體驗。

實物和商家的圖片非常接近，環境很不錯，空間也很大，衞生很乾凈，有一次性拖鞋，房間隔音效果也挺好，有熱水和wifi，馬桶也是智能馬桶👍，前台小姐姐很温柔，服務很不錯，就是這個茶桌煮不了茶，沒法通電這點讓人有些費解，總體非常推薦

這家環境真的很好，老顧客了哈哈哈，也很乾凈，這次電競房後面還有個小院子，夏天晚上坐着喝點啤啤簡直爽死。就是大床訂滿了，和對象要的電競倆人都不玩遊戲然後延時比普通的貴了10塊哈哈哈哈。

整體環境很好，裝修有風格。前台接待熱情禮貌。隔音不是特別好，但好在坐落於安靜的地方。被褥和毛巾有點發黃。住宿價格略貴，卻衹有兩瓶水免費。改進改進就完美了！整體居住感受還是很不錯的。
