房間佈局合理，進門依次是衞生間、卧室、小休閑區，對外有窗，大投影布在床對面。窗邊休閑區有小沙發、小茶几和書桌。空調是分體式壁掛機，衞生間有壁掛儲水式熱水器可供洗漱和沐浴。每屋有兩瓶免費礦泉水。在地下停車場停好車後，跟老闆説下車牌號可免費停車24小時。住宿高峯期是每間每天150元左右，所以在這個價位即使投影不太清晰、衞生間外牆面需修整、茶壺有異味都可以接受。另外，上下電梯要看提示，晚上不要高聲説話，住宿登記在17樓一個房間內，不是像一樓津柏冠酒店那種前台。

我們是去周口跑馬拉松訂的房間，周口馬拉松官網上説憑號碼簿可以延時退房，但是老闆卻説他都不知道馬拉松這回事，他們是十二點退。好吧，我們認了。跑完後回到酒店正收拾東西又收到老闆催着交房，我們跑完馬拉松已經很累了，沒有休息，已經着着急急的收拾東西準備走了，更何況我看了時間是11:40，離交房還有二十分鐘呢！很不好的體驗！

帶着孩子出門太晚車壞附近了，想着隨便定個酒店湊合一晚，沒想到房間很不錯，超值了。房間很大，很乾凈。床墊也很舒服，孩子平時也挑床，沒想到睡的很好。不收按金，第一次住這種。很不錯的一次體驗。有機會還住咱家，推薦

位置好文理學院正對面，非常方便距離高鐵站10分鐘，出差入住很方便，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下有公共區域可以方便停車，性價比很高推薦入住，
