房間非常乾淨，床很舒服，前台服務也很好感覺很專業，早餐也很豐盛，樓下就是大超市，離萬達也很近，總之很不錯的入住體驗，下次還會入住。

房間不錯 很整潔 我住了兩天 中間阿姨也會敲門詢問需不需要打掃衞生 很滿意的一次體驗 唯一美中不足就是進酒店的旋轉門 特別笨重 需要手動轉 我一個人提着箱子 大包小包還要推很重的門 很艱難🙁

床睡起來比較舒服，服務也超級好，工作人員都很專業明顯是培訓很到位的，停車場還算寬敞就是入口出口都是單向會車不方便。房間略小了，定的優享升房後也沒有冰箱。地理位置出行方便，周邊有萬達樓下就是萬果園，缺點是：①第二天早起就看到衣櫃旁地上有蟑螂。②不隔音晚上十二點多了走廊還有人一直在吵吵嚷嚷大聲説話持續了很久很久…特別沒素質，一晚上沒睡好，不知道怎麼回事隔壁房間敲門按門鈴聽得一清二楚好像是敲我們這間，真的絕…不過這個不算酒店原因。

房間還好，衞生差強人意。客廳地墊上邊好多污點！我是2024年5月2日晚上18點左右辦理入住，919套房。門口有市政工程挖溝施工。然而在辦理入住的時候值班服務員全程沒有提示會有噪音。5.03日早上7點鐘挖機開始作業，噪音比較大！被吵醒了，然後起床去關窗户，一直關不上，家人被全部吵醒，然後給前台打電話讓他協調一下下邊的噪聲。無果……然後去前台理論：你們要是有噪聲污染我在辦理入住的時候應該提前告知我。或者換個朝向的房間，或者我去住別的酒店都行。結果回覆：我們也沒有接到通知，也就是從昨天早上7點才開始施工噪音大……我去，影響了整個帶家人出來遊玩的心情！最後報警解決退款50%，這個我內心是不接受的，要帶着孩子去景區玩！！！***最氣人的是他們的值班經理當著警察的麪胡攪蠻纏説睡到早上七點差不多了，槽！我當時就🔥了，你***出去吃飯吃一半發現裡邊有個蒼蠅：反正你也快吃飽了！！！！****無語！這貨的認知竟然給這個酒店幹管理！可見這酒店的管理水準！反正他們知道你過去遊玩的知道你沒時間耗，你愛咋咋滴！！！就一句：這個事兒你們先回去，我們也找相關部門投訴了，回頭施工單位給我們賠償了我也賠償給你😅！！！12315投訴到底！真實經歷！！！
