設施極其陳舊，樓道和房間都有明顯的異味。前台也不靠譜，私自把訂的高價位房間換成低價位的。門口沒有停車位，都是公用的。房間燈光昏暗，壁紙破舊掉落，馬桶沒有馬桶圈，換了房間還是沒有。電視不能用，除了床上沒有灰塵外，哪裡都有灰塵。總之，很差勁的體驗。唯一一點尚認可就是床品還算乾淨。

給大家來避坑了，一定不要在這家住（尤其是女生，房門是沒鎖的，沒鎖的，沒鎖的，外面能直接打開的，安全不能保障），大家看圖看視頻，就問大家怎麼上大號；零下七、八度沒有熱水，早上涼水洗漱是真爽、真提神；房間門沒有鎖安全靠監控保障。房間牆皮開裂我就不説了，主要是老闆説這在他們這是比較好的房間了，不敢想象其他房間什麼樣，花六、七十塊錢真不如住附近七天的特惠房，價格差不多，房間質量、服務比這家好太多了，希望大家避坑了。

性價比最低，爬樓梯到四樓，房門居然沒有鎖具，出去就哪麼開着，沙窗破的，衞生間也沒用品，房間小還破，也沒網絡，住過的性價比最差賓館，🙄🙄
