酒店的位置靠近學校，周邊交通和吃喝都比較方便，房間位於一棟樓都是酒店和長短租公寓的樓上，樓內的環境並不能算好，但也不算太差；入住的時候所在的那一層，樓道環境比較亂且看起來臟、破。進房間發現跟網絡上所描述的設施符合，空調，洗衣機，冰箱都有，還有小沙發，應該是老闆想要在做酒店的同時也做長租或短租，房間裏甚至打了組合櫃，裝修是新的，設備也是新的，整體上是公寓類型的房型，比較適合作為公寓出租。本來還挺滿意，但是掀開被子讓我驚呆了，床上用品竟然根本就沒有換，枕頭床單有非常明顯的褶皺，尤其是床單和床墊的褶皺極其特別的明顯，一看就是有人長時間的在這張床上躺過或睡過，由於當時暈車特別厲害，急需要躺下休息，所以也未聯繫酒店方進行更換，同時也覺得有可能是酒店的工作人員偷懶且並不專業，以為理好了被子床單不換也看不出來。本來不準備發上網絡，結果在我離店後的幾天，酒店老闆竟然聯繫我，讓我幫忙好評，並且在指明瞭説床單並未更換且明顯有睡過痕跡的情況下仍然嘴硬，掩蓋和推脱責任。雖然老闆在我強硬的態度之下最終道歉了，但是初期推脱掩蓋的態度仍然讓人不滿。故而，今日將一切的經歷和真實情況發上網絡，請望其他訂房的小夥伴自行判斷，也希望酒店方以後注意衞生問題（相關記錄已經附在圖片裏，另外因為是語音打字，所以記錄會有部分錯別字，非常抱歉，請自行忽略）

入住體驗很好，房間很安靜，非常乾淨。屋內有冰箱和洗衣機，很方便。樓下就是小吃街，很熱鬧，幾分鐘就到周口師範學院了，去往市區玩也很方便

房間內設施都是全新的，附近也有免費停車場，老闆洗衣機配備的也有洗衣液，冰箱用着很方便，房間打掃得真的乾淨，通風也很好，入住首選
