Vienna International Hotel(Zhoukou Wanguo Car World Store)

It was my first time to Zhoukou on a business trip. I had always stayed in Vienna before, and I saw that this one in Vienna had only been open for a short time, so I decided to choose it. After staying there, I was not disappointed. First of all, I want to praise the service, whether it is the security guard at the door or the check-in waiter, they are all very enthusiastic. I went there early, and the room type I booked was only the one next to the elevator, and the others had not been cleaned up yet. I didn't want to stay there, but the waiter upgraded me for free without hesitation. There was an exercise bike in the room. It was my first time staying in this kind of room, and it felt nice to ride a bike without leaving the room and exercise. I went to do laundry and didn't expect there was a gym in the laundry room. I'm on a business trip alone this time, so I must play table tennis with my colleagues if I have the chance. The hotel is very good in terms of hygiene and service. I will choose it again next time I come on a business trip

We were satisfied with our stay at Vienna in Kaifeng, and chose this newly opened hotel on the way to Zhoukou. We were extremely disappointed with the service. It was almost 10 o'clock in the evening when we checked in. We were tired from the journey. We brought the elderly and children and were given two rooms at the elevator entrance. We negotiated whether we could get a quieter room. The front desk even said that all the rooms were arranged, which was not professional at all. I said that even if the rooms were arranged, we would check in first, so should we accept the elevator room? At this time, the front desk said that although they had not arrived, they had already chosen the room. I took out Ctrip and asked her to demonstrate how to choose the room, but the front desk hesitated again. I often travel and this time I really encountered such service. The front desk was lazy and fooled me in various ways. This is still Vienna International Hotel, so you can imagine the other services of such an unprofessional front desk. Then I was told that the room I booked did not have breakfast. I saw that Ctrip and the mini program did not include breakfast. I even suspected that I had stayed in a fake Vienna. The toilet was still old-fashioned, and the room still had a musty smell on the carpet. It was so far from the city. I regretted booking this hotel very much. It was one of the few reviews, and the only bad review

這次入住的酒店簡直像家一樣温暖！房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，一躺下就讓人想立刻睡個好覺。服務人員熱情周到，從入住到退房都讓人感到貼心。酒店位置優越，周邊環境安靜，出行也很方便。早餐豐富多樣，味道可口。總之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次還會選擇這裏！

這家酒店必須給個五星好評！ 前台的孫女士服務特別好，辦理入住退房都很麻利，有問題問他們也耐心解答，感覺很舒服。停車場是免費的，開車來特別方便，不用額外操心停車費的事。早餐種類挺豐富的，中式西式都有，能吃到自己想吃的，味道也不錯。還有免費的健身房，住店的時候想鍛鍊一下也能滿足，這點很加分。 整體住下來體驗很好，下次有機會還會選這裏。

一家三口出行，途徑周口，算了路程，看了評價，選擇了維也納，房間寬敞、乾淨。這個價位個人覺得還好！

住了很多個酒店，這個是服務和住宿體驗最好的一次，前台很熱情甜美，私隱性也很好，每個電梯都用卡才可以刷。到了房間後也很乾凈，辦公桌椅也坐起來很舒服，辦公體驗很方便，而且我第一次見房間還有運動器材的； 到了衞生間也很多小細節，馬桶旁邊是sos警報器，預防客人突然有事，還有梳子也很高級兩種梳法不傷頭髮； 健身房還有乒乓球和桌球桌免費玩，nice！ 體驗很好，期待後面的酒店也能跟你們的水平一樣呀，繼續保持！
