入住時提前説好1點退房，結果12點前台打電話説可以退房了，我説入住溝通好了説1點退，前台説好1點之前要退房，到這裏ok沒問題，我就午睡了，結果過了會又有人在外面敲門，問我幾點退房？？？？excuse me ？？能不能培訓下不要打擾人睡覺啊，別人在睡覺呢，敲什麼門啊

總體還行，
其一，電梯沒空調，真的冒汗，
其二，七八點讓換垃圾袋，收垃圾，就沒有服務員了，前台説衹有她一個人，別的沒有工作人員了。給人第一印象，入住體驗不好。
其三續住訂單下了必須明天才能給刷卡，直接給我刷了不行了還要再跑一趟，
其四12點退房，11.40給我打一次電話。12.08給我打一次電話，真的很煩！我給前台致電要袋子打兩個電話都沒人接，希望你們催退的速度能跟上服務的速度就好了！

房間真不行，凌晨兩點多訂的房間，五點還沒睡着，空調製熱一點用都沒有，本來外面都冷，服務員去房間看了，結果服務員給我們又換了一個房間，還是沒用，眼看天就亮了，也沒好意思麻煩服務員了，服務員服務態度很好值得表揚👍，房間是真不行沒有智能設備也就算了，結果空調還不制熱，這是我住過最差的一次酒店，退房的時候還讓付款兩個小時的費用，真是無語了，為了避坑不建議入住2202客人

你好酒店也是華駐旗下連鎖酒店。酒店和全季挨着，且共用一個餐廳。出去軟裝不是全智能以外，其他裝潢跟全季一樣，但價格卻要便宜100多，非常有性價比。
酒店乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐為人和善，處事周到。
因為出差一週，期間經歷幾次我單方面的調整房型，前台小姐姐都十分耐心的給予操作，非常滿意且開心的一次周口住宿之旅。

整體設施設備還是比較新的，主要就是衞生，每次進去都是一股味道，希望能改善一下，出差入住性價比比較高，再就是12點退房吐槽一下，別的酒店都是下午兩點

設施：設施齊全，一樓有健身房，洗衣機烘乾機。
衞生：衞生乾淨，房間寬敞整潔。
環境：環境優美，樓層較高，空氣十分清新，中午太陽很充足，附近挨着植物園，離高鐵站也比較近。
服務：服務態度特別好，語氣温柔，服務周到熱情

住過很多酒店，這是最差的一次，衞生沒法説，到處都是頭髮，床單也有，前台基本沒有任何服務，還和旁邊酒店共用大堂，也是真夠省的，一言難盡，大家謹慎吧

洗衣服很方便地方也好找停車方便就是吃飯的選擇少離火車站很近旁邊酒店很新，都是很智能的服務態度就一般般，拿快遞要去外面便利店拿
