The hotel layout is too small. I booked for two nights with Ctrip. I wanted to change a standard room at the store. The front desk said that there is no standard room at the same price. I need to upgrade the room type to make up the difference (30 price difference per night). I made up the 60 price difference; Room, I didn’t talk about refunding the price difference, the check-in front desk whispered that the price difference was 60, and the check-out front desk didn’t say anything. I just wanted to see how the front desk handled this matter, but I chose silence. It is not important to have more money and less money, so let's train more service personnel! This kind of thing shouldn't be raised to the guests on their own initiative, do they still need to take the initiative to talk about it? The hotel has a good environment, almost soundproofed. I can hear the door snoring at night, maybe the person is snoring too much.

房間跟圖片一樣美，很温馨，很乾凈，很舒服，裝修也很新。酒店位置就在城中心，出門就是商場，負一層就是大型超市，買東西實在是太方便啦！周圍飯店也挺多的。前台小姐姐很熱情，服務周到，還可以免費停車，地下停車場很大，停車方便。整體來説是一家不錯的酒店！暴贊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

酒店整體不錯！地暖好像，暖和。房間乾淨整齊，燈光設計很舒服，電視真的夠大！走廊有小瓶裝農夫山泉，前台説免費喝。酒店還提供泡茶器具，有意思。前台服務態度很好，因為春節早餐衹提供簡餐，我沒吃前台給我退了早餐錢。後面房間對的是小區院子，不過小區挺安靜，遠遠還能看見山上的古建築！停車也方便！

酒店樓下就是大型超市，還有一個購物商場，吃飯也比較方便，酒店的地暖也相當暖和，早餐也很豐富，這次在這開了三間，住了好幾天2

路過看到離高速路口近，選擇了這個酒店，平日裏住酒店選擇有早餐的，懶得出去才找地方吃飯，看到有早餐才預訂。結果到店辦理入住時前台才告知早餐衹是牛奶和包子的簡餐，餐廳工作人員因為春節假期放假了。真無語了。酒店有寬敞的停車場。

酒店整體很好，周邊商場，飯店很全，吃飯購物都很方便。停車場不擁擠，就在門口，很安全。早餐也很不錯，服務員很熱心，五星好評

這是我住過最差的酒店了，價錢那麼高，服務態度真的很差，電視遙控器不能用，叫了兩才客服都解決不了，電視衹能看有線電視，真的無語死了，馬桶都不是智能馬桶，一次性拖鞋都沒有，浴室裏臟死了，窗簾也不是智能的，光線特別暗，根本沒有宣傳的那麼好，完全是在欺騙消費者，總體來説體驗效果極差。
