Service: The people here are very sincere and feel warm and the impulse to come again. Special praise to the driver Xiao Li. The child suddenly fell ill in the early morning and took us to the city hospital at 6 o'clock. Thank you very much. There is also a sister who considers everything. The butler service is also in place, picking up and dropping off the room, and private service group.
Breakfast and desert surfing cars are provided. The baking level of breakfast is quite high. I had a good sleep, had a good breakfast, and was the first to ride a camel. The photos were very good. I will come again next time.

The best activities of this trip were the starry sky sharing session and the telescope teaching activities at the array observatory. The 45-minute content was very substantial, and it was really full of atmosphere and participation. Even novices could use telescopes. The observatory was built in the desert, and there were many people participating in the activities that day. The teachers were very enthusiastic and professional, which was really great! Teachers Ella and Feng from the Star Trace Observatory took us to use astronomical telescopes to observe the moon, Jupiter, Mars and the Orion Nebula, and also popularized deep-space photography. Teacher Ella also took a photo of us with Orion and shared her starry sky photography works.

JJoo HiengThe hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the Zhongwei south station. You’ll need a cab for this area and is 30-40 minutes to city of Zhongwei. Not much f&b options available around the area except for Riva (which is average)
Breakfast experience is bad. Could be better with more options. The breakfast is at Riva. There were only 1 choice of white bread. Eggs - hard boiled eggs. No eggs station. There were noodle stations. Fruits was also very basic only watermelon and rock melon. More seasonal fruits is better.
The hotel is quiet - the swimming pool could be better in operating mode. Even you can’t swim and just for picture, would be nice to soak. Bathroom amenity should be replaced on daily basis. A fan of the Le Labo amenities.
If you’re going for dinner, suggest book in advance or you’ll need to take a 40 mins trip to the city for dinner. Light meals can be ordered. The bakery is nice and love the apple cinnamon rolls, they also offer breakfast but only breads, daily freshly pressed juices and coffee. For the rate that you’re paying - it’s really just for the location and unique experience. There’s also pottery classes available.

Facilities: I booked a sand view room with air conditioning, so it was not cold at night. The bed and quilt were very comfortable. The room is very warm and spacious, and the children can play in it without feeling cramped. Children's products are all available, including cartoon slippers, cute bathrobes, and neatly arranged toys. The children were instantly attracted and had a lot of fun. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the parent-child bed is super large. My child and I slept soundly and had no dreams all night.
The details made me like it even more. The bathroom is thoughtfully installed with a children's toilet seat, and there are baby-specific toiletries next to the sink, with a light fruity scent, which is pleasant and safe. After the child fell asleep at night, I sat in front of the window and quietly enjoyed the night view of the city, and the fatigue of the day disappeared.
The hotel service is super considerate, and the staff is warm and friendly. When they learned that we were with the baby, they took the initiative to send children's meals and asked the child's taste preferences. This trip became particularly beautiful because of this room. GGuest UserThe starry sky room is perfect for kids. Look up at the stars and the sand slopes. My 4-year-old son went to the tent to sleep by himself. The view was great and he was close to nature. The hotel provides disposable toilet seats, face towels and bath towels. When we checked in at noon, the staff turned on the air conditioner in advance.
The service in the entire park is very good. There are fewer people in the off-season, so the boss will send an off-road vehicle for individual pick-up. The teachers in the study tour program were also very good, interesting and patient. For some programs, we were the only family in the group and we were 15 minutes late, but the teachers still took us out to play. We saw sand lizards and sand beetles on the hike. The teacher saw that we were interested and wanted to catch them for us to see. Walking and stopping, chatting with them in the desert like friends, it was a great experience. In the starry sky classroom, after class, the teacher took everyone to sit on the sand slope, took out the laser light and told everyone about the constellations and the stories of the stars. This page of the starry sky picture book is so romantic✨
The camels in the project are very clean. The white camels have full humps and can be used as cushions. They are much more comfortable than expected. Hahahaha... the off-road motorcycle leader controlled the direction and asked me to press the accelerator to the bottom. The screaming was comparable to that of a roller coaster. The team leader will also move the camera to take photos from multiple angles.
The experience was so comfortable, I will come again next year!
