This negative review❌ is from the receptionist and dispatcher of the Light of Time Galaxy Camp The Light of Time has rooms in several camps at the Research Base Camp. They communicated very well when booking a room and project. The service staff told us that the RV room we booked had an unpleasant smell, so they changed us to a sand-view room of the same price. After arriving at Xinghe Camp, the reception staff told us that it was not their order and asked us to go elsewhere. ❌The staff at Xinghe Camp were very indifferent and kept insisting that it was not their order, and they could not arrange it for us, leaving us to negotiate on our own. We stood in the wind and sand for more than ten minutes. Later, they sent messages and seemed to have communicated what was going on inside. The service staff came and said, your car is here to pick you up, but they didn’t tell us where we were going... ❌The shuttle driver took us to Beizhan Campground, and then took us to the RV room... Didn't I say it was changed to a sand view because of the bad smell? The service staff said that since the sand view was gone, we should stay in the RV. This was tasteless. Because I was worried about the smell, I opened Ctrip to show my brother that there are still sand-view rooms (Picture 2). However, he said that the information on Ctrip was inaccurate and it was in vain... In the end, we stayed in the RV room. ⭕️The prices are also confusing. One moment they said they would give me the same price, and the next they said they were upgraded... ⭕️Finally, there is no unpleasant smell in the RV room. The RV room is located in the first two rows of the campground. We were assigned to the seat closest to the bar. It was a bit noisy. You can’t watch the TV because the switches are stuck. You don’t need a ticket to go sandboarding. Just go get the sandboard and play with it when you see it empty on the desert.

騰格裏沙漠腹地的寶藏酒店被我們找到啦，服務很好！周圍沙漠環境開闊純凈，簡直是帶娃撒野的天堂。白天帶娃玩得不亦樂乎：騎駱駝漫步時孩子輕輕摸駱駝毛，温柔又治癒；滑沙從高處沖下，沙子飛揚的瞬間超解壓；沙漠沖浪車在沙谷間穿梭，刺激又好玩。清晨追日出，看着太陽從沙丘後升起，沙粒都閃着光，美到窒息。夜晚篝火晚會大家圍坐一起，有旅客彈吉他唱歌，煙花綻放時孩子眼睛瞪得圓圓的。酒店服務很好細節貼心，連玩沙工具都免費提供。在這裏孩子能盡情玩沙子，大人能放鬆賞景，這樣的家庭露營體驗超棒，已經推薦給身邊所有帶娃的朋友！
