2021年8月5曰入住貴酒店8401豪華標準間，酒店為新開業。
硬件設施非常棒，乾濕分開、房間床墊、床品乾淨舒適，整體佈局設計風格温馨舒適。
門前後院都有停車位非常方便。地理位置無論購物、就餐都很方便。酒店距沙坡頭景區20多公里，前往景區道路非常通暢爽。早餐品種多豐富，還有現烤的牛排和現煮的風味麪條、很精心的早點。
軟件服務上：整體前台接待都很熱情配合默契。尤其前台接待主管楊女士非常耐心細心服務很到位，技術嫻熟辦理入住及退房手續麻利熟練。
客房主管張女士非常感謝她，陪着我們上下樓不厭其煩的選房間，因我們年齡大了需要安靜的房間，我們都不好意思了，但前台楊女士和張女士都表示，幫助我們選擇好滿意的房間為止。兩位主管的服務簡直太到位了，讓我們很暖心和感動。客房的服務員也很辛苦，非常認真敬業。
另外貴酒店的保安劉師傅與同一值班的另一位師傅，也是我們要點讚的。對他們的服務也表示感謝，主動安排指揮停車，幫助拿行李，介紹當地的風土人情，很熱心熱情認真負責。
總之感覺貴酒店整體團隊素質高，服務意識強必須點贊。入住貴酒店是不錯的選擇，建議選擇貴酒店是最佳最優的選擇。

裝修有點陳舊，有地毯的那種老式，地毯不好清潔，所以衞生少差一點。服務還比較好。每天有贈送的水果，早餐種類豐富。離沙波頭景區開車半小時路程。

入住萊諾酒店第一印象就是乾淨，整潔，而且房間住起來比較温馨，周邊很安靜，前台小姐姐也特別熱情，服務周到。早餐也很豐盛。

酒店位置環境都不錯，下高速很快就到，停車場也很大。房間寬敞舒適，服務很好，有問必答有求必應。早餐主副食很豐盛，現煮蒿子麪和現煎餡餅非常好吃。周邊吃飯購物方便，不遠處就是濕地公園和黃河，散步遛狗方便。總體滿意
