I came to stay at this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. I came with the mentality of giving it a try. Here are my thoughts. Staying during the National Day, the room was still very clean, cleaner than expected. The room was fully furnished, but we had one extra adult, so the housekeeper helped us add an extra bed for free, which was very considerate. I also told the housekeeper that we should purchase more according to the number of people staying in our room. It took me three times to complete the purchase. This was really a waste of time. . The room rate includes breakfast and dinner. Lunch is not included and will be charged separately. The food at Michelin restaurants is really good. The wine is also very good, and the service staff are also enthusiastic. I have a small suggestion: some of the food is no longer available. If you don't remind me, the service staff will not know how to replenish it in time. There are two free items in the room. I am also confused about this because I am bringing an elder over 60 years old and a child under 6 years old and less than 50 pounds. The free items cannot be changed to other items. I asked the dedicated housekeeper, but there is no such thing. way. So this is a gap in service details. Since I have paid the fee and cannot use the service, it also means that the closed loop of hotel service is not done well. But I still want to thank this butler. This time I took the children to celebrate the anniversary and brought a cake. The children loved it. The dedicated butler Dick Bert. James was very attentive. Give it a thumbs up. At the same time, the butler who flew over the Yellow River on October 5th, I forgot his name, he was a butler with glasses, great service, gave a lot of emotional value, great service! There is sand in front of the room, and sandboarding is great. There is no need to go to Shapotou to rush sandboarding. The hardware facilities of this hotel are still very good, which is very good. The waiter Zhao Jinling is also good. She has provided very good service during the three days of stay. Thank her too. However, compared to the Lotus Hotel, all services in this hotel are basically chargeable. Whether it is cost-effective or not depends on the individual. However, when we went to play with colored sand bottles, the attitude of the paid service staff was too bad. I'm very impressed. And any free link will basically have other charging items. I understand but I really cannot agree with it. But I have to give thumbs up to the hotel’s stargazing activities. The hotel’s stargazing activities are divided into indoor and outdoor venues. You can participate in different explanations. We experienced the paid telescope activity of the Star Trail Observatory. The observatory is built in the hotel and has more than 60 telescopes. It was really shocking after opening the top! Teacher Feng’s explanation was also very professional and patient. The 680 can be experienced for 45 minutes. It is very interesting. You can practice searching for stars by yourself. It is very valuable for children. You can really see the small rings of Saturn. At the end, you will be given a junior observer’s certificate on site. The certificate is more meaningful, highly recommended, and the teachers teach really well. This is the most meaningful part for me.

The design and landscape of the hotel are undoubtedly the biggest highlights. I was a little nervous when I booked it because the desert conditions were harsh, but I didn't expect that the experience after staying here was really beyond my expectations. Whether it was hardware equipment or software services, they were all great and considerate. Especially the team of housekeeper CICI, who really made Duoduo and I feel at home. The children can learn new knowledge here, and the new contact with the desert makes us linger. We will definitely come again.

It is really high-end and bright. From the Mercedes-Benz pick-up to the check-in room, the experience is very good. The dinner buffet is also delicious. Due to the weather, we did not see the stars in the stargazing activity at night, but the teacher was very patient and asked us to look for the stars on the mobile phone. This is very thoughtful, so as not to let the children lose. The housekeeper responded promptly and helped to arrange a car for pick-up. The room mineral water is very sufficient, and the bath products are particularly easy to use. Thanks to the housekeeper Ada.Bert.James. Ethereal, the service is very thoughtful. Of course, there is also a suggestion: the room price is indeed high, 11,000 per night is comparable to Dubai luxury hotels, but apart from food and accommodation, the experience of playing is different from the price. The hotel activities are shared with the stars. Not only are there many people, but many projects need to be paid separately. There are only 2 free tickets and no queues for the Yellow River District and the Desert District. This is not as good as the Lotus Hotel in Xiangsha Bay. The guests staying at the Lotus Hotel can use the hotel wristband to play on the three desert islands for free and go through the express pass. The price of diamonds is more than twice that of lotus. There are not many scenic spots to play. If you can play for free, it will be more in line with the room price. And if it were a Star Room rate, these expenses would be more reasonable, but Diamond Rooms cost tens of thousands a night and still receive the same treatment, which is a bit regrettable.

The service from the housekeeper Irene James Alan was excellent! Very professional! The service staff in the restaurant are also very nice! Overall great! Will come again if I have a chance ~ It is recommended that Diamond Hotel develop some entertainment projects. There are too many people in scenic spots during holidays! If a child wants to ride a camel, he has to queue for 2 hours at the scenic spot, which leaves a huge gap in experience. The hiking activities in the hotel are also great. Teacher Xiaoxin is very professional at first glance and holds the kids in check. Because there are so many people during the National Day, some kids are quite naughty.

It was a great trip. I came here once in May this year, not long after the hotel opened. In October, I took my family to visit the Diamond Hotel again. Compared with the first time, the facilities are more complete and the service is more meticulous. For airport pick-up and travel, the hotel uses Maybach or Mercedes-Benz business cars. The hotel includes buffet breakfast and dinner. The dishes and ingredients are very high-end. It is not easy to enjoy such food in the heart of the desert. There are also special butlers to receive you when you go to the scenic spot. During the crowded National Day holiday, you can directly play classic projects under the arrangement of the butler, and you don’t have to queue for a long time like other people to get in. It’s great! Later, I upgraded my room, and my wife and children were very happy!
