Shapotou Bantuan Camping Camp

The owner of Baina Campground was very enthusiastic. He contacted us in advance and sent a driver to pick us up at Zhongwei South High-speed Railway Station. We drove for 40 minutes to the camp gate and then changed to a pickup truck to take us to the campsite. It was very enjoyable to drive and surf all the way. We booked a wooden house. Although it had public bathrooms and toilets, they were very clean and we didn't have to worry about hygiene issues at all. Because it was the off-season, there were only three of us staying that day and there was only one staff member. The boss told us in advance to bring our own dinner, but we still forgot. Oda, a handsome college student in the camp, made fried vegetables and rice for dinner and let us eat together for free. Although it was just simple shredded potatoes and lettuce, it tasted different in the desert. After dinner, we were given hand-cranked fireworks and each room was equipped with a Gatling firecracker. The moon was bright and the stars were sparse in the desert at night. The fireworks were dazzling. It was a very romantic and memorable night. This campsite is nice, the rooms are new and cost-effective, the surrounding environment is also good, and the service is great.

We went there in the off-season. Although several activities were suspended, we were very happy to go sandboarding. The campsite service was also very good and considerate. The owner would remind you of some key points of living in the desert in advance. Although the cabin was small, it was clean and the bed was very clean.

The experience was average, and the service was very poor. We arrived at night, and after ordering and paying at the restaurant, the restaurant asked my family for money the next morning, saying that I didn't pay at the time. Fortunately, my family didn't pay, so they called me to connect, and gave me the WeChat payment record and reported the prices of various meals (matched the total payment amount) before they gave up. They said we could leave our luggage at the front desk after we checked out. But after we came back from their store after buying camel riding, go-kart and other packages, we were told that our luggage was placed in the parking lot outside the desert (there was no other luggage in the store at the time). When we arrived at the parking lot, we found that our luggage was all alone on the ground, and one of them was missing (a big bag of toys for a child). We contacted them and they said they had found it and would deliver it to us immediately. But after waiting for 20 minutes, we contacted them again and they said it had just been delivered. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. The contact person said that we could either continue to wait or give us extra money. Before we could decide, he made an excuse to go out and called, and then he didn't show up again. When we had no choice but to get in the car and leave, we found that the contact person was sitting in the chair playing with his phone again. They just wanted us to give up 😡. My child cried all the way until he fell asleep...

The tent is very clean, and the boss's service is very good. There is a car to pick you up and drop you off along the way. There are fireworks and bonfires at night. The tent is a bit cold in the early morning, but it's okay with an electric blanket. In short, it's very good and highly recommended.
