一週中衞出差4天，沒住過這麼差勁的酒店。辦公wifi用不了，説電信明天才過來修。為表示歉意，送一份果盤，請看圖片，葡萄一半全是腐爛的，柿子已經有黴點，還不如不送。吹風機剛吹一分鐘就自動斷電了，應該是熱量過高。上班頭髮沒吹乾出門了。比這價位低的連鎖酒店也比這家服務好。

該酒店交通便利，後院還有停車場，房間衞生整潔超乎預期，價格合適，早餐品種不少，飯菜味道可口，特別是前台人員服務熱情周到，能替顧客着想。👍

酒店地理位置優越，在中衞市中心地段，距離步行街和鼓樓步行就能到，酒店有自己的停車場，比較大，對於自駕遊太友好了，早餐有當地的特色，自助餐比較齊全，房間都是全屋智能，小度都可以控制。最棒的是前台，很親切，很熱情，還給我們送了中衞的西砂瓜，非常棒的一次住宿體驗。會再來的

第一:衞生非常不到位，桌子沒擦，地面還有好幾攤油污，窗簾布上有嘔吐物。第二:硬件設施非常差，空調噪音非常大，一晚都沒睡着，洗澡的熱水忽冷忽熱，洗臉池噴嘴到處亂射水。連衣架都是壞的。牀頭櫃衹放一個。第三:服務不到位，孩子要寫作業，有書桌沒枱燈要個枱燈也沒有。第四:性價比非常低，300多房費，以為連鎖酒店不會差，體驗感很差。

帶娃出行，衹能定親子房，首選的中衞全季沒有親子房，第一次住星程，感覺無論是設施還是衞生，都比不上全季和亞朵，進房間剛打掃完，地還沒完全乾，衞生間有一股異味，早餐也是比較簡單的，對住宿條件有要求的還是謹慎考慮。
