Zhongshan Hotels with Swimming Pools

The 65 square meter sized Executive room ( double beds or one king bed ) is of good value (1100+ hkd / night) and worth booking. Higher floor room with the view of Zhong Shan city. The room comes with a separate morning buffet on the 51/F, which is more delicate and much less crowded ( imagine only a few tables occupied) than the 3/F one, with nice city view while having breakfast, too. The 51/F 6:30pm-8:30pm executive lounge happy hour is also attached with a simpler buffet and drinks. Very happy with this exclusive access to have more privacy and avoid the crowd. The location is convenient and we had Hunan spicy food, fish pot etc etc in the mall nearby. I like the Xiang La La (Hunan cuisine.) stir fried spicy beef with unlimited fragrant rice the most!

The rooms are very nice overall. And very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant in the hotel for dinner has been à la carte but basically closed and just opened if you need to eat. The buffet has been nonexistent during the week at least when business travelers are there. The food quality has gone down. I had the lamb one night and one piece was overcooked and the other piece was so chewy. I had to throw it away. I also had the spaghetti which had very little flavor one night.May be a different chef. I don’t know. Overall, the hotel is nice, but if you’re gonna enjoy the food at the hotel you might want to choose a different location.

Historical 4 - 5 star hotel at nice location. Glad to see room refurbished except the old toilet conditions. Staff is very friendly. Free laundry facility is available for those who travel a week long like us! Will definitely stay again!

One of the greatest hotel in Zhongshan, all facilities look new and clean, spacious room and with great restaurants. Location is not right at the city center so you will have to expect a bit travel time when you go out for restaurants.

This place is newly renovated and we are upgraded to the new wing which was established since April last year. We are amazed for the new wing with hugh room, hugh bed and the cleanliness of the room. It is so close to the hot spring area too. We enjoyed so much... it really worth for the deal. Thanks.

Reception was very prompt and friendly. Assisted all our queries and request without hesitation. Room are clean and tidy. Breakfast was one of the best in Guzhen with the wide selection and variety of food choice. Definitely my 1st choice for stay in Guzhen/Zhongshan.

I chose the room type with three bedrooms and two living rooms. Very suitable for family travel accommodation. The high-rise building I live in is very open and has a gym and swimming pool. There is Shiqilao Restaurant nearby. It's really convenient.

I arrived hotel at around 10:00, and provided them my name at check in counter as usual, the front desk staffs told me they cannot find my booking number, I showed them my trip com booking screen which has all my booking info, payment record etc, and still hold me there for half an hour, finally they said they can ”arrange” me a new room and need another deposit, no next time to this hotel

We visited Zhongshan for 2 days to have a look at the real estate and potential investment. The Crown Plaza is welll located not too far from a large nature park where we took a run in the morning. The service is outstanding in particular during the morning breakfast, where an attendant brought me a cappuccino I did not ask for, he just presented it saying this is on the house! This was a nice surprise! The room is as expected of a Crown Plaza, very nice and clean. From the pictures on the website, I was excited to see the pool and the tennis court, but was a bit disappointed since the pool looked deserted (off season?), and the tennis court looked worned out. Nice hotel to spend the night.
