Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

The second time I checked in, I stayed for 2 nights. It was clean and tidy. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. There was a big dining table where the whole family could eat late night snacks. On the third day, I left my luggage and went to Shiqilao for lunch and then to Shagang Market, which was not far away. , then went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage and left.

But I still have to say that the hotel's equipment problem, the experience is really extremely poor, don't live in 416! The air conditioner on the 4th floor is a display. The equipment is not good, don't open it to the guests! Last night was July 15th, the temperature was extremely high, and the air conditioner was not cool for one night. At first, I thought it was a little slower to cool down, so I waited until 2 am. In order to cool down, I did everything. I didn't sleep in the middle of the night, sitting on a chair and blowing that cool breeze. I really can't stand it, ask my husband to take the shell of the notebook to cool me. Husband has a good temper, saying that it is too late to trouble others. I just pushed it until 4 am and went to get a wet towel on my body to cool down. It was still hot, so hot that I wanted to lie on the porcelain sheet on the floor to sleep. Finally, I thought of the air-conditioning in the lobby when I first checked in. A person was forced to run to the sofa in the lobby at 4 o'clock in the morning and lie down to sleep. Finally, the little brother in the lobby saw me lying directly in the lobby to sleep and opened an air-conditioned room for me. I haven't tried it for more than ten years. I stayed in a hotel and lived so dry and tired and so aggrieved.

It was a lovely comfortable experience. The staff go out of their way to help you the best way they can. The only thing that was a pity was the hotel wasnt able to let us use the swimming pool as it wasnt in use and it was over 30 degrees at that time.

I have stayed at Vienna hotels many times in the past (in multiple cities). Overall, I felt this time that there were many free parking spaces. The location on the side of the road is quite quiet and the hygiene is acceptable. Compared with other Vienna hotels, the facilities were only opened in 2020. But when you enter the room, you can see that the floor tiles are cracked and have some flaws. Everything else is just like the brothers’ hotels that I have stayed in before.
