Hotels in Lihe Plaza Area, Zhongshan

Even after a month, I'm still incredibly touched by the experience. An unexpected turn of events has made this my second home ever since. Having just arrived in an unfamiliar city, that night I stumbled into the hotel lobby, reeking of alcohol after a work dinner. Just as I was about to collapse, a kind front desk attendant quickly caught me, guided me to the front desk, and made me a cup of honey water. After I finished it, he helped me back to my room, laid me down, took off my shoes, and tucked me into bed. He kept reassuring me that the phone was right next to me and I could call the front desk anytime if I needed anything. I was still somewhat coherent then. A little while later, he came up to check on me again, and that's when I finally drifted off to sleep. Later that night, I suddenly felt incredibly nauseous. After throwing up in the restroom, I felt utterly miserable and completely drained of energy. That's when I called the front desk. The next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital. Two hotel staff members had rushed there in the early morning hours and stayed by my side. When I woke up again in the morning, a different staff member was looking after me in the ward, and they even brought me hot porridge from the hotel. I'm truly grateful for their support; they stayed with me all the way until I was discharged from the hospital. From now on, Atour will always be my first choice for any business trip. I eagerly await my next stay!

The service offered by the front desk staff and concierge was excellent, especially from two staff members, Summer and Allen. Both have outstanding service attitudes and are valuable assets to your team. With their kind hearts and genuine concern for customers, I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and encourage them to stay here again.

The non-smoking high floor Deluxe Room is good. The view from the room to outside is also good. However, the fitness room is closed which is different from what was mentioned as the only facility provided by this hotel. The buffer breakfast as included in the room package is bad. The food is not hot enough and the taste is poor. Hence suggest not to buy breakfast in the package.

Room is clean and very modern and good light music in the room and shower room. A hint of cigarettes smells and need to switch ON the Air Condensing machine (which helps a bit). Location is next to few malls by walking distance and plenty of shops, especially food, is within walking distance. Very convenient. Lobby is small but it offers free ice-creams, besides coffee, tea, chinese tea and plain water. Lobby is adjacent to McDonald's.

Perfect location next to cross border bus stop. Room is spacious and we got a free fruit platter. There are mosquitoes in the room though. Gym is small with weak air conditioning.

The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style, the rooms are clean and tidy, there is a gym, a laundry room, and you can dry clothes. It is 5 minutes away from the newly opened Fuyicheng shopping mall, which is super convenient for eating and shopping! The service attitude of the front desk lady, especially Candy, is also great 👍🏻! Worth recommending! Will stay here again next time!

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were great—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully provided. I also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket just a short walk away. The Korean BBQ two to three shop away is amazing! I highly recommend you try it. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a new hotel. Location is subjective. It is a good location based on the price point, with a short taxi ride to a nearby neighbourhood for a wide choice of dining. Ask the team who will guide you via WeChat. This hotel is new with a lot of new technology. When you go up to the floor, you just need to scan the card, you don't need to look for a button to press. The treadmill in the exercise room comes with new technology. Washing machines also have an automatic laundry detergent application. In-room has a motion sensor night light. Huge TV. I like the smell of the shower gel. Voice-activated curtain, air-con and TV. The only questions I have are for people who don't speak Mandarin Chinese: how to activate the voice-activated function. The curtain can only be fully closed or opened. The curtains cannot be opened halfway via voice activation. No In-room phone. I cannot call to Front Desk via voice control too. In general, a good experience.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

I was visiting Zhongshan and, having previously had good experiences with Ji Hotels, decided to book with them again. The Lihe branch boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Lihe Plaza – a fantastic mall for shopping and browsing. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious desk in my room. The only minor drawback was the somewhat low water pressure, but otherwise, everything was very clean.
