Hotels in Lihe Plaza Area, Zhongshan

We went back to Zhongshan to visit some of our relatives, we booked this hotel because it is very convenient to everywhere and is at downtown. You will find snacks nearby, supermarkets and 2 major shopping malls. We booked the 60 sq. meter room but being upgraded to 90 sq. meter with executive lounge access. Not only this, the next day we were stuck at Zhongshan because of the strong wind, ferries all closed, the hotel offered us the same price booked for 60 sq. meter but still upgraded us to 90 sq. meter. This is actually very generous. Thank you team and taking care of us during our hassle.

The location is convenient and the hotel is quite clean. I like the laundry service at the hotel. Night snacks are included.

We were put onto 8th floor, and the room was big, comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were very basic, but the key point was free breakfast. Hotel front desk staff were friendly, and even helped out on my mobile APPs.

Room is clean and very modern and good light music in the room and shower room. A hint of cigarettes smells and need to switch ON the Air Condensing machine (which helps a bit). Location is next to few malls by walking distance and plenty of shops, especially food, is within walking distance. Very convenient. Lobby is small but it offers free ice-creams, besides coffee, tea, chinese tea and plain water. Lobby is adjacent to McDonald's.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

excellent location and very close to coco city/top park. the building is entirely new and very impress with this brand. the only minor is the elevator smell horrible and can still see construction gap which i felt can be fixed. Staffs are excellent and attentive. i particular impressed that they help out laundry. I didn't eat breakfast and way better than my last experience with atour. i will come again.

The non-smoking high floor Deluxe Room is good. The view from the room to outside is also good. However, the fitness room is closed which is different from what was mentioned as the only facility provided by this hotel. The buffer breakfast as included in the room package is bad. The food is not hot enough and the taste is poor. Hence suggest not to buy breakfast in the package.

The room is relatively large, the front desk staff is polite, the environment is clean and tidy, and the check-in experience is very good👍Convenient transportation, there is a micro-fruit shop next to it, and it is also convenient to find food around.

The room was clean and the front desk was fast during check-in. However, staff training needs to be strengthened. It was nearly 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-in, but I couldn't open the door of my room. Didn't anyone check this problem before selling the room? But I didn't say much, and had to carry a bunch of things downstairs to find the front desk again. I asked the front desk to change my room but she refused. I didn't understand and she didn't explain. She asked me to go upstairs and asked the housekeeping department to help me. The housekeeping staff came and said it was a battery problem, and I asked them to change the batteries now. But she refused me, saying that she had to get off work at 12 o'clock, and asked me to go to the front desk to find someone to open the door for me if I wanted to go out? ? ? ? ? ? ? She said it was very troublesome for her to go to the 7th floor to get the tools? ? ? ? ? ? After I directly refused her many times, she went reluctantly. He came back after a while and replaced the battery in less than two minutes. So what were you being so stubborn about before? Is it intentional to make people uncomfortable? Hope it can be improved. Apart from the staff, I think the hotel facilities are very nice and beautiful. The bed is also comfortable and I slept very well! It's very close to the nearby food streets and attractions. Overall, I would go there again.

1- Checked in on birthday, two young ladies at the front desk courteously sent small gifts and wishes ~ first plus points 2-After entering the room found the online introduction pictures really truthful ~ clean and hygienic ~ room bright plus points (worth commendable new decoration design hotel with wooden floors feel refreshing and clean, will not be like old hotels with carpets easy to have a bad smell) plus points 3-When dining out, met the cleaning aunt in the aisle asking if drinking water was needed to go out) was too heartwarming 4- Breakfast was very rich and delicious The place was clean ~ the little brother in charge of cooking the noodles was also very polite, When handing over the room, I promised the front desk lady ~ I will definitely visit again Thank you for the hospitality
