很差，首先沒有暖氣，衹能給暖爐，暖爐跟沒有一樣一點也不暖，電視看不了，洗澡的地方塞住水流不下去，第二天給我換了房間，換的那個房間住進去沒有電😄 從頭到尾打電話給前台都衹是讓一個保潔阿姨過來處理 完全沒有任何其他的人了 非常差 不建議住

每年出差都會來這裏，空調給力，環境舒服，早餐好吃，而且處於東鳳鎮中心位置，交通便利，還可以洗衣服，附近200米以內兩個綜合性大超市，生活成本也降低

（1）：2021年11月29號，中午13:00點-16:00期間，5樓搞裝修噪音很大，影響我休息，居然打了個電話問前台，怎麼會有那麼大噪音的，有沒有什麼方法的，前台接到電話第一句，這個沒有.搞裝修也不是你們能控制的，我們也能理解，衹是態度讓我非常不爽，（請問一句不好意思都不會説嗎？我花錢住酒店，並不是要像大爺似，但這個本身就是你們酒店問題，連一句抱歉的話也不會説），（2）；酒店空調開了一下午沒有製冷，且打電話給前台，説安排阿姨來處理，結果差不多一個小時也沒有反應，一定要打兩次才會有人來處理.（3）：關於充電器的事情，也是要打幾次前台電話才能送。不知道是你們前台換人了還是酒店現在制度就這樣！每年還會住幾十次，這次讓我非常失望！

大信酒店非常好，房間乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台小姐姐服務非常貼心。早餐也很好品種很多。非常滿意，衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，入住首選，價格實惠親民，以後朋友出差之類都首選這裏。
