Nice and clean room and cooperative staff

The hotel offered great value of money to visitors. The location is good too. However, the road in front of the hotel is bumpy to users.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the temperature was just right and therefore we slept quite well. There are many eateries in the streets and we could easily find somewhere to dine. If we came back to Sam Heung next time, we would patronise the same hotel again. I would recommend it to friends too.

There is no breakfast. Parking is more convenient. The room decoration looks like it was ten years ago. There are bugs and small cockroaches in the room. There is garbage under the bed and it is not cleaned. 🧹 I hope the hotel will be better if it improves!

I called the front desk 3 times and they just perfunctorily said they had already notified me to come and clean the room. The hotel does not provide cleaning services for extended stays.
