每次來中山，開發區，都住來美琪，因為離朋友很近，慢慢的住成了情懷了，每次衹住來美琪，不是因為它有多高檔，但是這個住宿環境越來越差了，放假設施差，衞生差，空調還沒有1樓大廳涼快，兩個房熱的睡不着，叫前台拿風扇，也衹有一台，被子也很潮濕，晚上風扇聲音特別大，不開又熱又，來了又吵，索性這是最後一次住來美琪了，再也不會住你家了，價格是越來越貴，服務衞生設施越來越差，

酒店很寬敞，外賣小哥送餐速度很快，東西很好吃，非常滿意，前台姐姐服務態度也很好，可以延遲退房，下次還會來

環境還可以，服務和設施就是一坨
先講設施，那個熱水真的特別垃圾，洗澡間旁邊貼着張紙説他們要環保，然後熱水衹能用20分鐘就有可能變涼水，然後要再等十來分鐘，實際上五分鐘不到就沒有熱水了。
我發著燒剛洗不到五分鐘頭上還頂着泡沫，沒熱水了，站在那裡等半天不來熱水，打電話給前台投訴。處理方式是叫我們換個房間洗澡。。。。。是的，不是換個房間，是去別的房間洗澡，我請問呢，我花一百多來這裏衹能洗一次澡嘛，我每次洗澡還得跑其他房間洗，找前台一男一女態度差的要死，來這個地方兩次。第一次退房忘記拿房卡，回去拿房卡發現那個女前台和搞清潔的阿姨説我們壞話給我碰到了（因為退房晚了十分鐘），後來説讓我們給好評就免那個超時的房費，第二次就是這次熱水要我們換房間洗澡，我到樓下找前台投訴又變成了那一個男的，全程黑着臉拽的跟欠他錢一樣的，吵了一下才給我們換房間，換了的房間又洗了一次澡，特別還計時了，四分鐘開始熱水慢慢變涼，第八分鐘就徹底沒熱水，而且後面的房間桌子上還有一股屎味，特別臭。
