訂的套房，有兩張1.8米的大床，沙發，冰箱，餐桌，廚房都有，有炒鍋電飯煲，要是能加個微波爐就更好了。樓下停車場兩小時免費，13元每天封頂，接受範圍。
床的位置都在二樓，兩個獨立房間，都有空調。
位置好找。現在公寓都不用前台，發個密碼，就進去了，全程都沒見到過人，走了也是微信上説一句走了，真是方便啊。

訂4日3夜2大1小入住要自助填資料及提供証件辦理。房間有煙味，第一天沒人清潔問了話隔日清，第二天晚上9點多回住所發現沒清潔問後話忘記了，反問要現在清潔嗎？晚上9點多我都要休息說不用了，只提出拿一些更換物品。寄存要自行拿行李到另一座樓的辦公室寄存。

房源座標定位好找，就在路邊。而且停車是兩個小時內免費，超出時間的停車費也挺合適，而且停車位挺多，週末出行也不擔心了。
位置出行方便，房間無異味，客服迴應及時，覺得花灑水壓不夠大。

位置一般般，樓下基本上沒有食肆，但鄰近有一個美食城，類似酒樓的型式，但21:00便會關門，晚上只可以叫**外賣，幸好中山打車都十分方便，而且十分便宜。到那裡一叫車，六秒內一定有回應。公寓內設備十分齊全，牀單被鋪都算整潔，客務回應也十分快速，喜歡零靜的人士可以考慮。總體來說，也算合格。

我的入住完整版經歷，看完你們敢不敢來住？！一，排錯房，把別人客户已經入住的房再次排給我，我開門進去，小夥子穿着褲衩看電視，被驚到了，大家都尷尬，這是很嚴肅的社會治安問題。事後，沒處理。二，趕客人走。三，羞辱客人。四，在客人面前輕佻，輕薄，秀優越。五，沒有服務意識，一看就是金錢至上的。六，對法律不敬畏。供所有人蔘考！
