The room condition is far different from the online pictures of Fanxing Apartment, and the goods are not correct. There are a lot of tatters in the facilities in the room: one side of the curtain cannot be pulled; the remote control of the air conditioner in the living room is broken; the air conditioner has insufficient cooling; there are many damages to the walls in the room; one of the air conditioners has been removed. In the bathroom: the toilet seat fell off; the water in the wash basin was clogged; the water separator on the floor was dirty; the shower head was weak and there was no separator. I complained to the front desk and the staff had a bad attitude. During this period, tenants in two rooms also came to complain. One of the complaints was that the TV kept turning on and off automatically in the middle of the night. The staff treated them equally badly and suggested they file a complaint.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively complete, including water heaters, razors, etc. Hygiene: If you need to do hygiene, you need to tell the front desk. It will not be done every day by default. Environment: The environment is generally okay, there is not much fun or food around Service: The service attitude is generally very good. I met two front desk staff in total, but one of them had a particularly poor service awareness. I was on a business trip and booked a room with twin beds. Finally, I booked a single bed at the suggestion of the front desk, but I didn’t ask for a refund (it was all voluntary and had nothing to do with the hotel staff). I thought it was just a matter of comparison and I drank one more drink a day. Bottles of water are not too much, because I have stayed in many hotels, and if I want to drink water, just ask, and they will be more willing to get me more bottles even if I don’t pay more... However, under these conditions, I asked more I was told that I would be charged one dollar for a bottle of water, but it still didn’t make sense. It was weird to accept death. This is also the reason why I lowered the overall rating. Because of this, I only stayed for 4 days out of the originally planned 14-day stay. Overall evaluation: It is worth staying, especially for family travel, it is very suitable to choose this hotel. If the demand for a single person is not that high, it can be done reluctantly, and the price/performance ratio is also acceptable. Next are the house rules, please abide by them: 1. The hotel has one and only one kind and gentle front desk lady. If you find that she is an older aunt, please ignore her. For your safety, return to the room immediately and lock the door. 2. If there is a peculiar smell in the bathroom upstairs, please do not flush the toilet, because it is a gift from the sewer. 3. If an older front desk officer asks you to check out before 12 o'clock, otherwise you need a good review to check out before 14 o'clock without deducting the deposit, please ignore it, because Ctrip itself has a two-hour delay in check-out. 4. 店家幫我們免費升房了，服務真好，服務態度有耐心。房間空間很大，陽光穿過玻璃來串門，有大自然的氣息真舒服，像在自己家住的感覺很有親和力，無比的放鬆。房間衞生乾淨整理，隔音也不錯，停車場很大，而且還是免費的。
