環境:空間大，大視野，簡約風格很不錯，在家的感覺。
設施：齊全。
衞生：很好！房間乾乾淨淨的整潔無異味。
位置：很好，旺中帶靜。到商圈走路5分鐘的距離。

配色不錯，清新舒適，大大的玻璃窗，視野很好，外面的風景讓人心曠神怡的感覺，做在沙發發呆是個不錯的選擇，二樓床邊也看到大玻璃窗外的風景，藍天白雲的太舒服了，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全。

房間狀況與梵星公寓網上圖片相距甚遠，貨不對辦。房內設施有很多破爛處： 窗簾其中一面是拉不動的；客廳的空調遙控壞了；空調製冷不足；屋內牆身有很多破損；其中一部空調被拆走了。洗手間內：廁板脫落；洗手盆去水淤塞；地台去水隔骯髒；花灑水力弱，也沒有隔板。
到前台投訴，職員態度惡劣。期間也有兩間房的房客前來投訴，其中一樣是電視機在半夜不停自動開關。職員對他們的態度也是一樣的惡劣，並建議他們投訴。
