The first point: I booked a breakfast coupon on Ctrip, but I didn’t get a breakfast coupon when I renewed it at the hotel the next day. Second point: After checking in and entering the room, there was a cotton swab on the ground in the room, which was very obvious. The third point: Our family of five or six people has a lot of luggage in two rooms, and the hotel didn’t offer help with a luggage trolley or anything. Point 4: I don’t know when the hand sanitizer in the room ran out or was replenished. The fifth point is that after renewing the room, the room was in a mess. This price is not commensurate with this kind of service in this city.
