舊，殘，破爛。牆面破損沒有補修，所以房間有異味。電視只有網絡電視，沒有普通電視台可看。樓梯有灰塵及毛髮。

房間挺不錯的，有洗衣機和洗衣液，還有小陽台可以晾衣服，有廚房可以稍微做飯，床挺大的，不錯哦，小區後面就有個小飲食店，品種不多，要多點選擇要走兩個紅綠燈路口才能到小吃街

公寓式房間， 空間很大，進入屋苑範圍需拍卡， 保安度高。房間衞生打掃一般可改善， 水盤及廚櫃檯較多污漬。
wifi最初不能使用，職員亦很快速處理。
公寓附近有商場超市，鄰近中醫院交通亦很方便。

環境不錯就是塵埃蛛網沒打掃乾淨問題不大，一次性衛生用品充足，床鋪乾淨舒適
另外樓層不高用了吊燈經常撞到頭

自己去的，有免費專用停車場，老闆人很好，辦入住很快。樓棟離小區門口很近。房間很乾凈，隔音很好，熱水很流暢。
