室內設計好，但位置偏遠，屋企殘舊， 浴室地下很危險，雪櫃沒有插電，千萬不要打開，有很大咸魚味道，上一手入住後看似沒有大清潔，簡單來說，－分錢－分貨。

性價比高，位置離市中心只是15分鐘，房間很乾淨，空間很大，有兩張大床，床品舒適，有大電視，是一家四口開車出遊的首選。

由於比較新裝修味還是有點刺鼻，但是衞生及綜合評價還是點讚的，晚上夜景不錯早餐很方便下樓過馬路就有幾家小店了，唯一需要加強一下空調，樓上還比較涼快，可下面客廳區開了半天還是熱的。美中不足就是這兩點其他的都很滿意。

超出預期。雖然周邊還沒有商圈，但是整個公寓樓新裝修也很大氣，房間的配套也都很用心，設施設備都還可以，還可以看到“孫中山故鄉歡迎您”

時隔兩年再次入住，主要是性價比高，而且有大型室內停車場。
優點：停車場車位充足，停車場不收費，看到有充電樁但我是油車不清楚價格和能否使用；房間空調涼得快，衛生乾淨，有冰箱、電磁爐、微波爐、洗衣機、晾衣架、電視可投屏。
缺點：酒店入口不好找，在商場外的入口，進入商場內很容易迷失方向，認準“銀座”兩個字吧，停車場建議停在C區寫有“銀座”的那個電梯口(圖9)，只有這個電梯樓可以直達酒店。房間內樓梯比較陡，不太適合太小的兒童或行動不便的人上下。網速太慢，用wifi投屏很卡，工作直接用電腦上wifi倒是沒什麼問題。
