酒店樓上是KTV非常吵，隔音效果極差，在房間裏沒法睡覺，打了幾次電話給前台客服，都是敷衍了事説沒辦法，衹能讓我們等到KTV客人不唱，直到凌晨兩點四十才開始消停，三點鐘才能睡覺。到了早上十點起來開車去吃東西，結果車又讓其他車輛堵住出不來，讓酒店負責人處理，她説這不管，不關她的事，讓我自己想辦法，我一開始在交管12123挪車，兩次都不管用，衹好打110報警處理，然後她又要阻止我報警，説幫我叫社區的人過來協調，因為這個時候我已經很生氣了，耽誤我的行程，還沒有一個很好的態度，有圖有真相！大家要住這家酒店的話一定要認真考慮一下！
