The location is near Zhongshan industrial zone and it is convenient to get there. The room was clean and neat. everything was ok. But the breakfast was simple and there were no other options even milk and coffee. The reception was polite and helpful. They could speak a little bit of English but it was OK due to using a translator app. Beside the hotel, there were some Halal restaurants which are proper for Muslims. The overall evaluation was acceptable.

The experience is excellent. The service is very good, the clerk answered our questions politely and with patient. The room is clean. I did not eat in the hotel and cannot comment on the food.

訂的雙人床房，感覺那間很久沒人住過了，桌面灰塵多，床頭板也灰塵大，坐在床上一抬頭正好看到上面應急水閥有垃圾在隨着空調風飄動，有一張床翻開被子有些小小的臟東西在床單上，這是住這麼幾次維也納以來頭一回遇到衞生這麼多問題的，還有衞生間，就衹有兩副牙刷和牙膏，一個一次性頭套。就沒有梳子啥的，以前住過的維也納梳子，牙具，頭套還有一些一次性生活用具都是按照房型配備好的，🛀🏻間玻璃那可以看到捲簾那有個飛蛾都印在那了足可以見得很久沒打理過了，打開窗户有一扇打不開，把手鬆松的不敢用力…住房體驗很差。當然，致電話前台要求多捲紙巾和多兩瓶礦泉水都能滿足需求，這點還是過的去的

房間面積很大，但是因為酒店太老了，有奇怪的味道而且衞生堪憂。同行的同事房間也都衞生糟糕。下次不會再住。

我是早上9：30左右到店的，一位實習服務生馬上給我辦了入住手續同時升級了房間，給了給大大驚喜。原本想外出就餐正逢大雨服務生又送張早餐券。住店期間處處都體現酒店熱情和友善，非常非常感謝維也納中山火炬店，下次來中山就入住貴店，再次感謝！
