I booked the couples room for the king size bed and larger space. It was a good deal to book online. However, there’s no separate shower except the hand shower beside the bathtub, so I had to hold it when taking a shower. It was a large jet tub but it was out of order. It was facing another building with no view at all. The design of the room was old fashioned. I gave it 4 stars for its convenient location, good staffs and cleaniness.

Booked 4 rooms, all the air conditioners were broken!! The hotel asked the engineering department to turn on the main switch, but there was no air conditioning all night! I didn't sleep all night! The pillows and quilts smelled bad! The cabinets in the room were also dusty! The breakfast was also very bad! I went to the hotel front desk to argue and get an explanation, but to no avail! The 4 stars the hotel posted are not even as good as a budget hotel!! I will never stay there again!! The experience was very bad!!!
