一般，下單的時候用積分升級了房型，開房的小妹也不看就按我下單的開了，打電話問她説我不説的話她不看的，房間味道太大了，香薰味太重，薰一晚上睡不着，衞生也一般，地上灰塵多，

經過網站推介加同其他酒店比對,呢間有家庭房會比較適合我們,當日3:30左右到達進行check-in用了最少20分鐘才能上房,可能此酒店不多會招待國外客人,拎港澳通行證未能登入其系統,最後酒店以手機拍下入住人港澳通行證才上房，我們訂了2間家庭套房,3日2夜,房間位於4樓及5樓(家庭房1層只有1間,在走廊盡頭),房間內是沒有雪櫃提供的,我們先到4樓房間,到達時門是打開著,進入了初步檢視冷氣出風弱,房間比較**, 浴室大,沐浴及廁格分開,試了沖廁及熱水沒有問題,就到5/F房間,到達時房間門關著的,拍卡進入,有位女士將梳化椅拉到冷氣底下半躺著吹冷氣,我以為入錯房間,對方表示是職員,就連忙離開了。5/F房間較光猛,比較整潔一點,試了浴室有熱水,但冷氣一樣出風很弱
到了晚上再回酒店,發現4/F房間內非常污糟,地上有食用過的叉在床邊,床單、枕套、牆身及梳化椅都有污漬,牆角還有2隻大蟑螂屍體,情況很惡劣; 2間房間冷氣都十分弱,要坐在冷氣下才感受到風,出風根本不足以令房間涼快,對著的那張床,都吹不到,所以決定跟TRIP.COM反映冷氣情況,要求提早一天退房，CS很幫手,由於當日已CHECK IN就不能退了, 可以幫我們取消之後一晚,並退款,會有EMAIL及致電再通知; 但入住一晚,整晚都熱著,睡也睡不到,需要一直開著手提風扇,被子也無法蓋著,我自己只睡了2小時!隔鄰房間有人2-3AM入住,聲音很大,夜深聽到他們房內情況.........另外5/F沒有告示WIFI資料,第2天在4/F房間才見到床頭有張告示貼著.....

這是一家很精緻的酒店，一進入大廳，裝修風格我很是喜歡，收銀人員是很熱情的接待，辦理入住手續不到3分鐘，非常快捷。進入房間，打開空調很快整個房間完全製冷，很舒服，房間設施完善，乾淨衞生整潔，附近坐車也很是方便，酒店斜對面吃飯很是方便。下次出差繼續選擇入住這家酒店！
