Simple breakfast with noodles and egg is available but no coffee. Wide variety of restaurants and a large supermarket at the mall across the road.

The hygiene is very good, and the soundproofing is also great. I'm a light sleeper so I'm very picky about soundproofing. The price-performance ratio is very high.
