This is my third time staying here. It's still as clean and hygienic as before. The room is spacious, the bed is big, and there is a sofa. There is still plenty of space for takeout on the coffee table. This is the best hotel I've stayed in Tanzhou. Today I went to run some errands and checked out a little late. The front desk was very accommodating. Overall I was very satisfied and you can rest assured.

酒店位置還可以，好找，整體的環境也不錯，能感受到是新裝修的類型，周邊點外賣方便，出去吃的話可能比較遠；其他服務方面稍微就有點欠缺了，本人當天凌晨入住，前台辦理入住也很快，回房休息後被前台電話告知開錯了房間，讓我下去重新開，我提着大包小包行李下去後又告知不用了……等我返回房間大概十分鐘後，前台又來電話説搞錯了 ，讓我下前台協助處理……我我下去之後處理結果就是，他們白班晚班工作人員交接不清楚，把我的訊息和另外一個客人的訊息搞錯了，確認之後就讓我回房間了，全程沒有一句“不好意思”或者“打擾了”當時已經凌晨快三點多了……並不是説我需要多高級的服務，我衹是需要一句能表現服務心態的話，一個態度……這些都沒有

房門反鎖是壞的，不能反鎖，睡覺時是搬椅子抵着的；馬桶蓋座應該不會原配的。都是歪的，而且座的時候蓋子會靠在人的背上，很老火。衞生做的也不太好，馬桶蓋上還有毛髮，衞生間門上也是掛着頭髮。

房間都是馬路邊的 很吵 睡不着 酒店廁所鏡子和浴巾都還有別人的頭髮 睡覺的時候翻個身床也一直在叫 很吵 環境倒還好 就是吵的睡不着
