Atour Hotel Zhongshan Nantou Haiya Colorful City

As someone who often travels for business, this is my first time staying at Atour. I saw online that this store is newly opened and the environment and facilities should be very good. I came here to experience it. I didn’t expect this store. I was very touched by the service of the staff. When I checked in that day, one person pushed three or four large suitcases. When I got off the bus, the little girl ran up to help me carry my luggage to the front desk. It gets dark early in winter and outside The wind was strong, and the little girl ran to pour me a cup of hot tea after moving my luggage, which made me feel warm in my heart. The most unexpected and touching thing was the few words we exchanged during the check-in process. I said that I had just arrived from the airport and it would be around seven o'clock after check-in. I said that I would go out to eat later, and the little girl helped me at that time. Not long after I moved my luggage to the room, I was given a bowl of hot sugar water and asked to warm myself up first. Really touching 👍

The service is very good. Xiao Zhuo at the front desk is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Manager Chen is also very polite and very satisfied.

The room was very clean, the front desk was very helpful and I will choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip
