Atour Hotels in Zhongshan

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the ”Xingzhong Plaza” in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

Surprisingly quite a good hotel, super value for money, friendly staffs and always ready to help and offer to carry your luggages. Free drinks in the room, got replenished everyday. Walking distance to a nearby shopping mall where you can easily find many restaurants around.

Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document... She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy????? However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

The room is super cozy and clean. Totally out of my expectations. Room service is done by robot, this amaze me a lot. Will definitely come back next time.

Excellent stay and fantastic location for doing business in Guzhen. Conveniently attached to a shopping mall and cafe downstairs, also with many great restaurant options nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is so comfortable. The design aesthetic of the room is calm and peaceful (just what you need to come home to). There’s also a laundry room complete with ironing board and steamer.. we stayed in the panoramic room which was pretty amazing as you’re in one of the tallest buildings in this area. The breakfast was done well and had many options. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall is fair, the location isn't too far, hotel room is good. I met some drunk person who also lived in the same hotel entering the same elevator that made me feel uncomfortable.

As soon as I entered the hotel, Huahe at the front desk and Muqi poured hot tea. The cold weather was really warm. I also upgraded the room. The book bar in the lobby, there are many kinds of books, and children's books, which fully meet all customer groups. The room delivery service was also very timely. I called the front desk and the staff sent it in a while, and the sound insulation effect of the room was not to be said. I slept very peacefully at night, and I was not disturbed by the outside world at all. I slept super fragrant all night. I had to issue an invoice when I checked out. I thought it would be very troublesome. As a result, the staff was very efficient and quickly completed it. I also asked me if I had special requirements for reimbursement. I also helped to check out late. It was really intimate. , Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

Room Heat: Super new, super big The hotel will open in 2023. The equipment is very good, new and very convenient. There is a large underground parking lot for convenient parking of vehicles. There is a laundry room, a treadmill, and takeout is delivered to the lobby. The front desk quickly arranged for a robot to be delivered to the room. I will stay here again next time.

For example, when I didn’t have a local phone number, the staff kindly found alternative ways to ensure I can order meals etc, demonstrating their commitment to guest comfort and convenience. The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. The festive decorations were beautifully curated, from sparkling lights to intricate holiday displays, creating a cozy yet luxurious winter wonderland. Every corner exuded the Christmas spirit, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Combined with cheerful staff who embodied the holiday joy, the experience felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday storybook. Even when I was feeling a little under the weather, the team went above and beyond to provide care. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly. The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high. From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.
