我們11月1日晚上入住，客服前台深夜十二點多準備一點，突然帶人來敲門，説多給一張房卡給我們，應要我們開門配合檢查是不是我們，真的很無語，我們説第二天考試讓她第二天在解決卡的問題，一直在門外敲門，有問題不查看給卡的時間和登記哪個房號，給錯哪個房號，給按金的時間，查看監控，身份證照片，那麼多方式，選了最x的，一個個的敲門，真是腦子有xxx，大半夜的影響考試心情，他們走了我們也沒有心情睡覺了，也沒有任何道歉，無語透了

國慶避開人流來到水墨田園入住鐘山縣，10月2日入住的價格很實惠100都不到一間，免費停車場有電梯還可以延遲到兩點退房，前台美女知道我們帶孩子給我們從原來的1.2m雙床升級成一張1.5m和一張1.2m的雙床房，定了兩個房安排在相鄰，衞生有待提高但是總體我覺得這個價格性價比很高了。

家人們我真的會謝 廁所那個蓋不知道的還以為是屎，床單也是，看着我都想吐，廁所蓋還是壞的，隔音是非常的不好，大早上就被外面的人説話的聲音吵醒，拖鞋是一個一個洞的那種，穿着腳後跟疼，洗髮露沐浴露不好用 洗完跟沒洗一樣，浴巾裹久了身體會癢，有些燈還是壞的，總之這些都不重要，重要的是不隔音 差完了，每次都被外面的吵醒，這是我住了的感受，希望酒店能多多改善一下 祝生意興隆。

房間一進去就聞到一股濃濃的黴味，馬桶沒有消毒，肉眼可見臟的東西，床單、被套沒晾乾，睡着很不舒服，沒有一次性用品，最可怕的是右床尾角角是壞的，剛進房間就把穿裙子的我，右腳劃了個大口子，鮮血直流，考慮時間關係，自己又是學醫的，沒去醫院，在酒店旁邊買了消毒用品及棉紗進行包紮，後跟店家總枱溝通，態度不好，又跟老闆溝通才得以解決換了房間，並賠了24.8元（葯店購買消毒及包紮傷口用品）從來出門沒有遇到這樣煩心的事，腿上長長的一條疤，以後無法在穿裙子😭😭
